I work in a department that essentially has two separate teams of about 6 employees that work in separate buildings so we don't really know eachother. In our staff meeting yesterday our mutual boss was talking about how three girls from the other side are pregnant and that one of them "got a surprise about 5 years before they intended on having a baby, and another surprise when they found out it was twins".
So, I'm curious... I thought this was kind of really inappropriate information to share with people she's likely only met a couple times in her life. Am I being a total prude or would you be annoyed if your boss was sharing information like this with your coworkers "behind your back"?
I'm also 33 weeks pregnant with a pregnancy that's had it's share of (thankfully minor) complications that have required explanation as to extra time off for appointments and stuff, so it definitely makes me wonder what he's blabbing his mouth off about me!
