i carried low my entire pregancy (ppl kept saying, oh you will never make it to july to have your baby) i did...... US techs always said he was really snuggled down low also ... dont worry im almost positive there is no risks/worries to carrying low.

I'm not sure if you've noticed in my bump pics but I am carrying lower than low! I mean my OB literally said she doesn't understand how I can still walk. It's been like that since the very beginning. I hope that means I could go a week early or so;) but it doesn't indicate any concerns so long as your cervix is still closed and long. I even walk about 3mes a day (briskly) and it brings baby lower! But OB said its all good:) I'm 35w tomorrow.

I carried very, very low...I wouldn't worry!

I don't think carrying low affects when you deliver. Maybe because you carry low you might be uncomfortable earlier? I carried high, my water broke unexpectedly and DS came 6 weeks early. If your OB isn't concerned I wouldn't worry.

My baby is super low too. At my ultrasound the tech commented on how low the baby's head was. So I asked "is it too low?!". She said there is no such thing as too low as long as your cervix is closed and long. My ultrasound was to check cervical length and she was showing that even when she pushes on the baby and creates pressure my cervix wasn't affected at all, so it's nothing to worry about.

I carried low with my daughter. My only concern was discomfort and incontinence issue. She was pushing on my bladder something fierce. Other than that no it should be fine.

My son was very low, especially the last 2 months- I didn't think he could get lower, and he did! At 38 weeks my OB could literally touch his head at 2cm dilated. He came at 39 weeks 1 day, perfectly fine.
