Blergh - between registry-building, daycare research, childbirth, breastfeeding, and cloth diapering websites, and general nervous and excited anticipation.. I am finding it so hard to focus :(. I wasn't expecting the obsessive thoughts to kick in until at least the 3rd tri! Argh. Someone help me focus on things other than this kid!

I hear you! At 33 weeks I could care less about work. I feel like there is so much to do still before baby gets here.

@Smurfette: I'm obsessively trying to make a list of EVERY SINGLE THING we need and it's just.. endless. And pointless. The stores will not disappear after the baby is born...

@JoJoGirl: I know what you mean. I have a list on my phone of what I think that we have to get before she gets here now that both showers are over. I was planning on going out on the 16th to get everything, since we are moving on the 9th. I feel like I am waiting till the last minute. I found out work is throwing a shower on the 21st, so now I have to wait till the next weekend. Which will be 37 weeks, which seems so late for me. I shouldn't complain cause they are sweet for throwing it, but all this waiting till the last minute is driving me crazy. Hopefully baby is going to listen to her Mom and stay put until March!

@Smurfette: Yep - we aren't even having my shower til 36 weeks so I'm already stressed about getting everything last-minute.

I hear you! I'm 35 weeks and have been on and off Hellobee all day every day since... um... prior to getting pregnant, haha. Every so often I'll get in the mood to actually get some work done, but those days are few and far between!
Note: even though I'm totally obsessed with babies and on Hellobee all day, I DO still get all my work done on time. I just do it more efficiently!

Haha I'm only 6 weeks and it's all I can think about! So unproductive in life in general.
On the plus side, DH hired a house cleaner. Yay! Now I can keep sleeping all day

Hahaha. I was so checked out of work when I was pregnant, it wasn't even funny!!! Those last 10 weeks were the worst.

I hear ya and I'm only 13 weeks!! Once we actually started actively looking for baby furniture, that's all I can think about. haha!

I'm with you on this and I'm only 18 weeks! I'm trying to distract myself with other hobbies, but baby brain usually wins.
