I didn't think I'd be as excited for "firsts" with my 2nd pregnancy, but I think I might be more excited this time around! 
We have our first ultrasound tomorrow. Excited!!

Good luck! Is there a reason you think it's twins or are you just hopeful. After I had my twins I dreaded my first ultrasound. I was terrified they were going to tell me I was having twins again. :).
