My sister had her daughter 5 months before I did - and now the two girls are really close. It was wonderful. I would love to do it again, but I'm probably still infertile.

I'm not that close to my SIL, but she had her 1st just 4 weeks after me. Now, we are both pregnant again, but there will be about 4 months between the babies this time.
During my 1st pregnancy my favorite coworker and I were both pregnant and gave birth 5 months apart. She got a lot of hand me downs :-).
Currently, another mom in my mom's group is just 3 weeks ahead of me.

My sister and I had our first babies 1 month apart. She announced very early in her pregnancy, and I would've tried to avoid getting pregnant for a little while if I had known they were trying, but by then we had just conceived X when they announced. My mom was always pregnant at the same time as someone else in the family, so I wanted to avoid doing the same with this generation--- but, oh well.
There was definitely something going around though, because 3 of my cousins on my mom's side, 2 on my dad's side, and 2 cousins on DH's side had babies all in the same year. X has lots of little second cousins his age!

Yes! My best friend is due 3 weeks before me which has been awesome. My brother and SIL just had their baby last week, which puts them 8 weeks ahead of me. I love that the little cousins are only gong to be a couple months apart.

When I was pregnant with DS1 my SO's sisters were pregnant too. One due 3 months before me and the other due 2 months before me. And when I was pregnant with DS2 my SO's cousin's wife was due 2 months after me.

ok, so this will be a sad comment...
My bff and I discovered we were pregnant at the same time last summer. We were due a week apart. But, her baby miscarried at 10 weeks and I lost mine at 39 weeks in labor.
She's pregnant again, though, due in August.

Nope. I was alone for both of my pregnancies. Maybe when we decide to have a third?

@artbee: yup! My SIL; my nephew is 10 days older than LO. My mom was a little annoying about it though bc she kept saying oh her OB is saying nephew is estimated at x lbs. Why isn't your OB estimating. Uh. Mom. bc it's not accurate anyway so what's the point?

Yes! A good friend & neighbor was pregnant (their DD is 11 days older) and DH's cousin (and my old roommate) has a son that is 29 days younger! It was fun to have both of them pregnant with me!

My sister is pregnant and due in September, and I have #2 coming in February so we will pregnant at the same time for about 3 1/2 months! I'm excited we will have babies somewhat close in age.
