How many oz of formula/breastmilk per day?
DS is going through a nursing strike. He's been on bottle strike since he was 2 months old. -.- I pumped this morning and he drank about 4 ounces straight from a cup. That's the only way little homey seems to wanna drink. -.-
He eats solids like a champ and I'm wondering how much milk (minimum) I need to give him. Will continue to offer boob throughout the day, but 1.5 months til he's 1 so I' don't wanna stress myself out too much over this.
Gahhh.. funny how my kids are so different! DD nursed til she was 2+ yo and wasn't big on solids. -.-

She has about 24 oz a day, which I think is about the minimum?
She eats a ton of food, too.
Yeah, don't stress too much. Hope he's just having an off week!

My DD just cut down on A LOT of milk this past week too! She use to consistently drink three bottles of 5oz bm during the day and I nurse morning and night so maybe 24 oz or so. This past week she dropped one bottle and doesn't finish the other two bottles. Even nursing she will only nurse a few minutes and she's done. Not sure what's going on!!

She's doing 4 bottles a day - about 28 oz, plus 2 meals. I'm trying to introduce a 3rd meal and cut down a few bottle ozs.

My lo only takes 4oz a day from a bottle/sippy while I'm at work but then nurses 4-7 times once I'm home. I used to worry, but she does eat solids while at daycare and is gaining weight/wetting diapers so I assume she's getting enough. Could you mix your bm into his food somehow if you're really concerned? (that said as long as he's happy and eating like a champ I wouldn't worry too much)
