I was a mid-A when I got pregnant, and besides literally a few seconds of burning pain in one nipple pre-BFP I never got any boob pain. My boobs also pretty much stayed the same size, they just got a little bit puffy towards the end.

I had pain after the birth, when they were engorged while breastfeeding, but that was it.

I started out at a B and super-sensitive nipples was one of the first signs. That lasted most of the 1st trimester, and I had breast tenderness through about 15 weeks. By week 18 I was already leaking and had gone up 3 cup sizes, so now they just feel heavy but definitely nowhere near the wind-blowing-makes-my-nipples-sad pain I'd had in early pregnancy.

I was a AA and had no tenderness

I started a small 34C. I ballooned up to a DD in the first 2 weeks and my breasts were crazy and sore the whole time.

Im almost 2 years pp, at my pre-pregnancy weight and now wear a 34DD. The ladies never went back down.

I was a 34b (barely) and my boobs were killing me for a while!!

I was also 34B. They killed for a couple if weeks and then it went away.

My boobs are still in pain at 21w and I started out as a B (now a D), but I never associated the two!

I'm a 32B at 11 weeks - and my boobs have been killing me from day 1. they don't seem tooooo much bigger but the pain...
