How long did you bleed afterwards?
I had my membranes stripped just about 24 hours ago, and I've been bleeding ever since. Well, it's more like bloody discharge, but it's been consistent/non-stop since the sweep. I'm guessing this is normal, but it doesn't show any signs of slowing down.

I never bled but my doctor did say that was normal. Honestly, I'd just call and ask if "X amount of time" was normal for bleeding.
Yay for membrane sweeps! Didn't work for me personally but i've heard great things!!!

I bled for about 2 days, on that second day I went into labor.

@photojane: That's how it started for me though. It was my last day of work and I had to do a lot of walking around. Had some cramps during the day, but didn't think anything of it. By the evening they were coming more and more often, turns out they were contractions. Mine just felt like bad period cramps, not that wrap around squeezing that everyone talks about. Good luck!
