I felt sicker in the 1st trimester with my DDs than I did with DS... DS was my first and my midwife said some women are sicker when carrying girls but some women just feel more sick with each subsequent pregnancy so who knows!?!

I've been pregnant four times, one girl, three boys. I *knew* my second was a boy because that pregnancy was so different. And I stood behind that belief. But, after two more boy pregnancies, I relize that they were all just slightly different from each other. I swore my last two were girls until I found out their genders to be boys!
Moral of the story, I thought I knew based on symptoms but had no idea!

One of each and symptoms were the same. Bad morning sickness. Only difference is my morning sickness lasted a little bit longer with my second (DD).

They were the same symptoms but much more severe with my girl

They were very similar and the only difference were my cravings. I would eat tons of yoghurt with DS and sweets (mainly chocolate) with DD.

My symptoms were the same and I have one of each. Slight nausea in the beginning but no real morning sickness. Just hungry and tired and spotting throughout both

I'm having my second boy but the pregnancies have been completely different - I would have guessed a girl if I didn't know!

With my son I felt SO good! Never sick (not even nauseous), looked really good, totally glowed.
With my daughter I felt like crap pretty much the entire time, except for a few weeks. I was super nauseous, had headaches/migraines constantly, a never ending cold/sinus infection. It was brutal!

I had two very different pregnancies and both are boys. I was CONVINCED that my second was a girl!
