With my situation (pregnant after a termination at 33 weeks), I'm curious what might be different for me than a typical first time mom. Like I'm showing earlier for sure, which I expected. But other things I'm not sure about.
Like whether I'm likely to go longer like a typical first time mom, or a bit earlier. And is labor likely to be shorter? I did labor with the termination. It was an induction with laminaria (artificial seaweed used to open the cervix) and pitocin. I don't know if I actually got to 10 centimeters (they implied I wouldnt, but from some signs I feel like I might have), but I was apparently pushing involuntarily (they kept telling me to stop).
So, thoughts? (Also, is there any difference between when your milk comes in if it's come in before?)
Might make sense, since I wasn't even supposed to be pushing, it was supposed to be more along the lines of a D&C. Would explain why they kept telling me to stop, since if I wasn't fully dilated it would have been more likely to risk damage if I rushed things.
