I was just wondering if it was healthy to eat paleo or even whole30 while pregnant. I've just entered my second trimester, and am feeling a little guilty about all the junk (chips. so many cheetos.) I ate in the first tri. I'm just not sure that I will get all the nutrients that I need? So I wanted to check in here and see what you all thought I just have been feeling really lethargic (likely due a lot to pregnancy and carbs galore) and want to get a bit of energy back. I don't need to lose weight or anything, since I am at a healthy weight and actually am down 5 pounds from my healthy pre-pregnancy, so I would obviously be eating a lot with the paleo thing to keep my weight up...

Anyway, I am rambling and just have a lot of thoughts bouncing around in my head. I guess I'm asking about doing a "less-strict whole30"... which I'm aware isn't really a thing, but whatever.
