Henry James was born 11/8/15 at 9am!! My water broke at about 930pm on 11/7 and contractions started about an hour later. We arrived at the hospital at 2 am and I was already at a 5 and 100% effaced. Complete at 630 am and pushed for 2.5 hours. I was able to follow my birth plan and had a drug free vaginal birth. My husband was an amazing partner. I have 5 stitches and really feel pretty great. He is 22 inches long and 7 lb 10 oz. We are both learning to breastfeed and enjoying lots of snuggles

Cormac Muir was born today at 1:26pm after about 12 hours of active labor. 7 lbs, 11oz and already nursing well.
I had some prodromal labor for about a day with no progress at 40 weeks, but when real contractions started at 40+2, I dilated pretty fast. I was able to manage my pain with a TENS machine and some nitrous oxide... but wow! I can't believe I did that!

I posted the other day but its not here so I guess it was eaten. Just quickly, I delivered my baby girl around 1am Saturday morning. The induction went smooth but we had a lot of waiting around time since the unit was packed. We were discharged Sunday and have been settling into our new life as a family of four. DS is very sweet towards his little sister and even included her in his "I love yous" at bedtime all on his own.

Claire Lindsey was born at 7:19 this morning. She weighed 9 pounds 2 ounces and is 20.5 inches long. Everything went perfectly and we are so excited to be a family of three!
I had contractions all day yesterday, but I worked through them. They started feeling like the real deal around 7 last night, became regular around 9, and then quickly became close and intense around midnight! My water broke as I checked in at the emergency room at 1 this morning. I received an epidural at 3am, got some sleep, and then pushed for 45 minutes starting at 6:00. It really went much smoother than anticipated and we are just all so happy!

Looks like things are moving along for me, waters broke about 3 hours ago, just at the hospital now. Still no major contractions, I've been walking around and round for over an hour to get something moving. OB wants to see how I might go before deciding to send me home or not.
