I thought it might be fun for those mamas trying to get back Ito the swing of workouts post baby to post here!
I'm 7.5 w post Partum an have about 12 lbs (of 30) to lose. I worked out all the time before pregnancy and up until 30w when I was put on bedrest. I have been walking since a week post Partum, fast walking since about a month post Partum and started jogging about a week ago. I am considering starting the 30 day shred soon. It's tough but I'm excited to get back in
shape! I'm BF so not dieting at all.
Anyone else?
I was planning on starting the 30 Day Shred today. Here's to a little less jiggle!
I wouldn't care so much if it was only 5 lbs to lose but theres like 40-50 on top of that that I want to get rid of!
