I didn't vote but it's a no just simply because I'm not interested at all. We were in Jamaica and I had a chance to try what I was told was some really good weed and I just had no interest.

Nah. I can't stand the smell . . . it's sickeningly sweet *blegh* BUT, maybe in a brownie . . . !?

I tried it once in college and ha a terrible reaction, so no.
Even then, as a parent: I would never had the time anyway and wouldn't want my son to wake up from a bad dream and find me baked.

No Way for me, but it has nothing to do with me thinking people who smoke pot are irresponsible.

I never quite got the hang of smoking and for the life of me don't think I ever got high. So pot is not appealing to me.

Meh. Maybe every once in a while? It'd probably be like cigarettes for me, only when Im drinking.

I voted no but not because I think it's irresponsible. I've never done it and have interest in smoking it. I hate inhaling. Maybe some brownies or cookies?

Well, I DO live in WA, and its legal here. I'm curious what it's like, but I don't have a burning desire to try. To each his own though.

@allison: I had a HORRIBLE reaction of extreme paranoia and jittery energy. I would cry and then laugh and cry again. I ket insisting that I needed to go to the ER because my brain was going to explode. My friends were really horrified. Never again. Never.

Aaaabsolutely! I've had many opportunities but never have...I'd lean more towards the brownies than smoking but I'd do it.

Nope. I don't smoke anything. Too many grandparents lost to lung cancer, the thought of smoke in my lungs freaks me out.

I have in the past, and probably would again. I'd prefer the edibles, though, just because the inhaling tended to give me bad coughing fits.

All y'all who wouldn't smoke but would try edibles are ca-razy. Edibles are much scarier to me - with smoke, you can immediately feel the effects. Eating, it's easy to go too far because it takes like an hour to kick in (I've never eaten any - too chicken - but have been around people who did). Edibles are also the wild west right now - no regulation or standard sizes or recommendations on how much to have. If it were legal in my state, I would probably do it like twice a year. Gotta live a (very) little!

@allison: yeah. I did that in college and ended up sobbing in the bathroom for two hours because I wasn't pretty enough. Turns out my mom had the exact same reaction in the 70s.

I wouldn't want to smoke it and I wouldn't feel comfortable with not knowing the amount you can get when eating it. I don't know, I'm so old now.

When I tried it in college, it either made me tired or freaked out, so no. Doesn't bother me if others partake though.

Never tried it, but if it was legal and I wasn't bf and someone else was responsible for my kid ( prob dh bc he is fully sober).. I would definitely try it.
