@Amelieisme: Yay welcome!! Congrats on LO #2
@CharityAnne: I used to eat "clean" and very bland about 80% of the time because I'm a self professed health nut. Well after my BFP that has completely gone out the window. I have been eating carbs, plain bread, noodles, etc. because my nausea at times was so bad. Also, the thought of grilled chicken and cold lettuce, or any veggie for that matter, makes me want to hurl!
@Torchwood: I am sorry you are having "spotting". Are you sure it's spotting? Sometimes my CM is off white (not brown) and I think that's normal, wouldn't call that spotting. Are you cramping at all?
@Beyond2: Congrats and welcome!!

@sweetkeight: @T.H.O.U.: Thanks so much for the support! I don't know how people deal with all this without a group like HB. Whoever mentioned pregnancy bipolar is totally right. I feel a ton better just having read ya'll's responses. I'm all over the map emotionally! I'm hoping that no news is good news. She knows I'm moving today, so if it were bad I'm hoping she'd have gotten back to me quickly so they might could see me one more time. Fingers crossed. And the spotting seems to be gone. Last night was enough color just the once that I'd consider it spotting, but not today. I was really worried it'd get heavier once I wasn't laying down (like AF does), but nope. And no cramping.
The movers packed my phone charger (really?!), so we're going to stop and get me a new one. I've already decided I'm buying the Book of Sith when we stop to make me feel better. I was gonna wait because my bday is monday, but I want it now, and I need a pick-me-up.

@Torchwood: Good luck with your move!!! Hoping everything stays just peachy baby-wise and no more spotting!

@Torchwood: Good to know things are okay at the moment! FX for a beautiful lil sticky baby. I know, I am bi-polar too and sometimes think I'm such a crazy. Good luck with the move.

@Dandelion: @luckypenny: thanks ladies
I called this morning to talk to the nurse, because the cramping was back today, but the receptionist told me to head on in, so I did. We got to see the little plum again, and there was a heartbeat He/she was also wiggling their little arms around. It was so precious. My due date got revised back two days, so I'm now due April 9, which puts me at 8+1 (deja vu-I thought was just here on Tuesday
) I'm still keeping my appt. for next week, so we can make sure this spotting has stopped.
@Torchwood: good luck!! I'm hopeful your spotting is from stress and the move, and nothing more. Good luck, and let us know!
@Amelieisme: @Beyond2: yay for more April mamas! Congrats, and welcome!!

Doctor finally called. The first time, from monday to wednesday, I went from 50 to 74. The following monday it was only up to 111. So, I'm pretty much out. She wants me to get a blood draw next week from a doctor in tn. I'm setting it up (complicated as hell when you're a new patient), but I don't really see the point.
It was weird though. Last time she sounded super negative and like it was definitely over. This time she sounded cheerful and I had to specifically ask what my number was, because all she said was it "wasn't what we were hoping for." I get that she might not want to upset me more than she has to, but don't make it sound hopeful when it's really not. So glad I'm never seeing her again.
Not feeling too devastated. I'm sure I'll have a good cry later, but at this point I was expecting it enough that it wasn't a big shock. This is 1000x better than last time at 9.5 weeks.
Once I get final confirmation, whenever that is, I'll block this board, so you won't hear from me after that. If I don't post again,thanks so much for all the support! It really means a lot!

@Torchwood: That sucks that she was so weird about telling you. Why can't medical professionals take heart when delivering news? I'm so sorry for the news. I hope the rest of the move goes well and I'll be thinking of you!

@Torchwood: oh honey, I'm so sorry. I'm glad that you're never.going to see her again! I'm going to message your wall, but please teach out if you need. The second loss is particularly painful, or at least it was for me. Hugs

Ultrasound didn't go too well.. sorry i'm having a hard time dealing with this so will update more later. Long story short, they couldn't find a heartbeat, and i'm measuring a week behind. I'm scheduled for another ultrasound next week and they took my blood. I'm having a bit of a hard time accepting it.

I'm feeling like there's WAY too much talk about multiples on the board lately, lol. Not really, but since I haven't had an ultrasound, it's on my mind, and it just makes me more nervous, lol. It's everywhere!

@Dandelion: I agree! I am so praying for just a single healthy baby but I cannot imagine what we would do if we were told there are two!
watermelon / 14206 posts
@T.H.O.U.: I guess my experience makes me a little morbid, because I do think that if there was two in there, that it would up my chances of bringing one baby home. Isn't that awful? But, still it's scary to think about bringing 2 home...DH would probably pass out if I came home from my US with a picture of two babies in there, lol. I think I would prefer one, and bring it home at the end.

@Dandelion: Haha I know what you mean. I was sweatin' for a while there, but when my u/s showed one I did breathe a sigh of relief although we know we only want to, and it would have been nice to get it done all at once, but oh well. Baby is on schedule, and that is all that matters right now. Now I just have to sweat it out until the 12 week mark. 12 weeks is when my mom lost her babies so I am still panicking in the back of my mind.

So more spotting yesterday evening, but I'm proud of myself...I didn't freak! I put in my progesterone and took a nap, and when I woke up, it was gone. I figured I had just had an exam the day before, so my cervix was probably irritated. It is most freaky because I also cramp a lot, but things seem to be going ok. I have my previously-scheduled 9 week appointment on Thursday, so I will be glad to know things are ok. I feel badly sometimes going in/calling so much, because spotting can be so normal. But after the spring, it is hard for me not to freak! Fortunately, the office agrees, and they want me to call or come in when I need.
Oy. I may be that crazy pregnant lady...whoops
