Thanks all so much for the encouragement and well wishes. The midwife who took over in the night encouraged me to rest for a few hours before restarting pitocin today. My instinct is that it will be another big day but that this time there will be a baby at the end.

My sweet, perfect baby girl is here. It ended up being a very hard day, much more so than my first baby, and I am still processing it, but definitely feel like I will have a few advicey kind of things to say for anyone interested. Everything post birth has been smooth (she was born 4 hours ago), and I am so overjoyed and relieved to have her here.

We had our daughter (!!!) yesterday at 37w via c section after finding out my fluid levels went from 10 last week to almost neglible this week without any leakage or dehydration. DH was out of town on a conference so I had a friend pick him up and bring him back. I was so not prepared Bees! C-section went great and ok really loved my whole team of nurses and doctors which I was super glad about.
Little lady swallowed quite a bit of fluid before emerging but scored an 8 and is now just perfect. We love her so so much already We're doing pretty great with breastfeeding and she is just the sweetest yet independent little lady.
