@winniebee: I'm sorry I hope you feel better soon and that the meds don't mess with your supply!

@winniebee: ugh - I hope you're feeling better and can maintain your supply!

@BandDmommy: can they still bring their arms to their face in the zipadee? It's sort of hard to tell in photos.

@winniebee: That's so shitty! I'm sorry you're having such an awful winter.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@MrsF: K can... So she can still sleep arms up and suck on her hand
honeydew / 7283 posts
@Adira: glad Xander seems to be feeling better! Solo bedtime isn't easy! I find I have to start everything super early (sometimes not possible) to get them down on time.

@snowjewelz: hmm... That makes me wonder if it would be any better than not having anything. I think he gets so excited about his hands he wakes himself up.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@MrsF: I know, that's why I only used it randomly, more so to act as an extra blanket lol. I also think even the size S might be a wee bit too big for her... I think they're supposed to be more snug in them so that movement is allowed, but more restricted than normal?
honeydew / 7283 posts
@snowjewelz: yeah. Hmm. Each kid is so different too. These things are tough.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@MrsF: I know! I've got regular swaddles, halo's, zipadeezip and now merlin suit coming my way.. And I gotta keep all these around for #2!

@snowjewelz: She loves it Thanks you and K for showing off yours!!!!

@FaithFertility: yaaay look at her! Kara is obsessed with the toys that are on it! I put other toys on the tray but she just likes those lol!
honeydew / 7283 posts
@snowjewelz: I know it! M never broke out of the summer infant velcro swaddles and I think we swaddled her for close to 5 months. J is 3 months and busting out every time! Each kiddo is so different.

@snowjewelz: hahaha she loves them too, I still put a blanket to help prop her up she tends to lean....lol
honeydew / 7283 posts
@FaithFertility: So cute! I haven't gotten out the jumperoo yet because J doesn't quite seem to have the strength yet (and the darn thing takes up so much space). Maybe I'm wrong though...
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@FaithFertility: ohh good idea! K does too! You just stuff it in front of her?

We haven't put our activity seat together yet either, but this is definitely making me want to! @FaithFertility:

Here's Ethan in his car/jumper/walker... He can't move around in it yet but he loves sitting in it and hitting the buttons on the steering wheel... Whether accidental or on purpose. I put a receiving blanket in front to fill it out a bit more.

@BandDmommy: I agree, I feel like every day she turns more and more into a little person!!!

Epic fail on sleep lat night!
7:15-9:30 (2+ hrs)
9:55-12:05 (2+ hrs)
12:20-1:20 (1 hr!!)
1:35-5:20 (3+ hrs)
5:35-7:25 (barely 2 hrs)
And night 1 of magic merlin sleep suit... She hates it!! She got made that she couldn't move! So I had to take it off! But I need to try again...
Is K starting her 4 mo regression already?! Not that her sleep was good to begin with!

@snowjewelz: That's awful!!! Merlin's not for everyone I guess!
Ryan had a day of horrendous naps yesterday and then slept 6 hours. I see a pattern here!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@winniebee: I will give it a few more days. Thank goodness I bought it used! Hahah just keep him up all day and you'll have STTN!

@Adira: How did the follow u appt. Go for Logan? Did they let you know what he has? Dh was wondering this morning if we need to bring Ethan back in... He actually sounds much better BT still a little croupy sometimes, some coughing but it seem better. We go in regardless next week for his 4 month appt.
@snowjewelz: Boo, what an awful night!
@winniebee: @snowjewelz: Love his car. It was my 'want', don't need on my registry, my sister got it for Ethan for Christmas...available online from kohls and target.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@Adira: strangely ok... just my supply is suffering this morning! I usually get at least 6 and just ended up with 4. it's crazy how little sleep I need to function nowadays lol! I'm really just hoping this is a phase or that this is her sleep regression so we can get it over with!
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@josina: The follow up went fine. He's still a little wheezy and contracting a little bit, but it's not horrible. We've been through the ringer with Xander's asthma, so our pediatrician isn't overly concerned since we're "old pros" at this and know what to look for in terms of breathing issues. He's back at daycare today and they'll give him his inhaler throughout the day. He didn't get tested for anything - I think he just has a normal cold, but all the extra mucous is making it harder for him to breathe.
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@snowjewelz: Did you nurse overnight? That would explain why your supply is down if you were drained more than you usually are?
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@Adira: true, i did nurse more than usual. i was just so tired that i didn't care whether i should or should not nurse back to sleep lol. i know she'd go back to sleep for sure so i just did it!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@Adira: hopefully they will take good care of him at daycare!
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@snowjewelz: Hopefully you get your normal amount at your next pump session!

@snowjewelz: we had a rough night too...basically up every 3 hrs. And that is a hard interval for me because even though I know that she CAN go longer in the night without eating, it's still long enough that I worry she might be hungry/having a growth spurt. I fed her every time (it's the simplest solution, and she goes right back down), but if it continues more than a couple days, I'm calling BS on the growth spurt and more likely she just wants company Of course, then this morning she just wanted to talk instead of eat since she had eaten so much overnight! I'm so not up for reverse cycling.

@KayKay: oh my gosh, our feeding sessions have turned into chat fests...
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@KayKay: @BandDmommy: I LOVE the cooing going on at this age! Logan's always talking to me, especially in the morning. But so far he's good about getting down to business and eating!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@KayKay: @BandDmommy: @Adira: K would keep staring at me while eating, and then pop off and start smiling/talking! I love it but at the same time I'm like baby, eat!
One of the MOTN wakes she literally was wide awake and started talking! I was like noo! Shoved her the boob right away lol!
