With DD I worked out consistently until the end. I had to stop running around 24 weeks because it really just felt weird and not enjoyable, I just moved to other forms of cardio. I just found out I am expecting and I really need to resume my routine now...I recently ran a 10k and have consistently worked out 5-6 days a week but this past week I have been SOOOOO tired.

@LindsayInNY: Honestly I stopped at like 6 or 7 weeks. I had been jogging a few times/week but MS hit me and I couldn't stand it anymore. I meant to start again once it subsided but then just.... didn't.

I was walking instead of going to the gym since I learned about my pregnancy. I cannot say it completely replaces working out, though!

I stopped running at 5 weeks because of cramping and stopped barre workouts at 8 weeks because I was so tired (and because one of the teachers made a comment about how your measurements should be decreasing instead of increasing). I continued walking until it got too hot. I hope that next time I can continue to be active throughout the entire pregnancy.

Pregnancy 1- I didn't really work out because I was just being lazy
Pregnancy 2 - Twins and my lifestyle is pretty active with tons of walking daily so I am too paranoid about preterm labour to throw in any workouts.
I'll get back on the horse when the babes arrive.

I took prenatal yoga up until the week I delivered my son. I walked regularly too.
