I worked until 4 days before my due date. I wanted to start in a fresh pay period so I wouldn't have any teeny tiny paychecks coming in. I told my boss at six weeks and the rest of the office at 10 weeks.

I was an engineer in a manufacturing environment so ~50% desk/50% on the shop floor and +40 hrs a week. I planned on working until 40 weeks, but I only worked 38 w 4 d because just couldn't take it anymore. Good thing too, because I was admitted to the hospital the next day. I was disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy any time off prior to LOs arrival.
