I'm 3 weeks pp so it is completely impossible! But, say, when it becomes possible? I'd absolutely FREAK OUT over money but be secretly a little happy, lol. Ask me again in a few months (of little sleep) though! I definitely didn't love actually being pregnant either!

Not a good idea right now. We're moving in 3 weeks, have a 7 month old, Mr. Jacks just started a new job, we have yet another new nanny, and we have 2 houses to sell.
We've got too many life stressors to add a new baby to the mix. We're barely muddling through as is!

Deliriously, on-top-of-the-world happy only starts to describe it. We've been TTC 17 months now so it would feel like a miracle!

Thanks to this thread, it made me realize that now would be a great time to start TTC again. Thank you!!!

@Mrs. Superhero: My mom always said she would have 2-3 kids... she had 6!! haha she told us that and we were always fine with it - we found it funny that she kept having more. She loves babies so much and obviously loved us and I never for a second doubted that I wasn't wanted
As for me... I would be shocked... then probably cry because I'd be SOOO worried about how we would afford another one... as of right now we're only in a two bedroom apt and it's an additional $300/mo to move into a 3 bedroom which is not feasible! I want to finish school and we want to take a second honeymoon before TTC #2!! I would be really scared and anxious... but probably only for a week or two and then I'd get SOOO excited and so happy and absolutely thrilled. I think secretly I would love to have my LO's close in age, but because I started having babies so young, it's just not conducive to my life right now
So in summary: I'd worry about how to make it work in the practical sense, but I would be overjoyed.

i would be so happy and excited but would feel guilty bc right now i have a four month old. i feel that being pregnant so soon would take away from really focusing on him. it would be hard to be pregnant again and deal with morning sickness and all the anxiety i have when im pregnant while trying to take care of him.

I would fall all over myself. Be in complete disbelief (we've been trying 10 months now) and then do cartwheels! And then be worried that I shook the baby loose.... I'd be a happy mess of a disaster. It would just be so so awesome.

I'm with winnie. I would cry. There was some question as to whether I could possibly be pregnant with #2 last month when I went in for my Mirena insertion (DD was only 6 months old). I hadn't gotten AF back since giving birth, so my OB made me do a series of 2 pregnancy tests. I told her if I tested positive I would cry. She looked a little disturbed by this response. Honestly though, I love my daughter, but I am still recovering from the severe postpartum depression that I experienced when she was born. I am juggling parenting a baby with a demanding new job. Also, pregnancy was miserable for me. I definitely want another baby sometime in the future, but I am SO not ready yet.

Confused, elated and concerned. Just lost a pregnancy this week so I would be confused as to how that could happen and scared for it. Happy though!
