@sslm: I love your theme of the vintage airplanes! The light fixture goes so well too. The mobile is especially sweet, baby is going to love looking up!

This babe will be sharing a room with 6 year old DD. So there's not too much to do but we will buy a new crib, mobile and artwork, I may have DD do the artwork actually and then have it framed!

Other than than we need a basinette of some sort for baby to stay in our room for the first few months. Still deciding about this one though... The Halo is too big, I think I'm leaning toward a moses basket and a stand.

@My Only Sunshine: I love the cabin theme! The book ledges are a great idea.

I've looked at the rnp but I wanted something a little closer to our bed height in case I need to have another cs. Also wanted something that was similar to a crib in feel so transition is as smooth as it was with DD. I can see the rnp as being useful for other purposes around the house though!

We started of the holidays. Stayed home for 2 weeks, painted & built out the closet and we purchased/ assembled the crib, dresser and glider.

Now that all the big pieces are in place I've started working on the decor. Gallery wall is mostly done and I have purchased the curtains and lamp.

@sslm: How long do you think baby will be able to stay in the moses? Is there an age guideline?

@ModernDayJibarita: Looks gorgeous! Lucky baby has a nice big closet.

I randomly painted the entire room one day by myself when I was nearing. I have a second hand crib, changing station, and bookshelf that I plan on repainting white. Our theme will be elephants and our colors are grey, navy, and bright green with white furniture. I attached a picture of the wall color...turned out a little darker than I expected. For now I have to take a break bc I had some bright red bleeding over the weekend. Hopefully in a couple weeks I can get the furniture re-painted.

It's official we are behind! We ordered our chair for the room, but it won't be in until like the week or two before my due date. We have all the furniture but it still needs to be sanded and painted. I did get the crib sheets in which I will post a picture of once I can find them in the piles of junk in there!

We've painted (gray), set up the crib and dresser/changing table, put up shelving and started to organize the closet! DH has been busy with DIY woodworking projects, and just finished up a 9-cube storage unit and an arrow growth chart. I just need to add the numbers to the arrow. We also finished our star mobile over the weekend, it took wayyyy longer that I thought it would...

I haven't put anything on the walls yet because I'm so indecisive about where things should go! I have a few framed prints, but definitely need to collect more stuff. Our theme is kind of loose too, we're sort of going with gray, white, purple and elephants.

Nursery is 90% done!!!! (Still missing curtains, side table, mattress, crib sheet and art for between the Windows)

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: I would say the drawers are much smaller than regular drawer. Most of the drawers are empty right now so no idea how much stuff I can fit in. Plan is to have the top 2 drawers filled with important baby tools that should be in easy reach (diaper cream, aquaphor, pacifiers, thermometer etc. ) and the rest full of diapers, wipes and clothes in his current size. Nursery has a pretty big closet so most of the clothes will be store there.

Nice job everyone! I feel super behind. We are due May 5th and just finished painting the walls, but we want to add a stenciled accent wall that's going to take forever. We have the big pieces of furniture in boxes or ordered (crib, dresser, glider) but that's it. Nothing set up yet and my shower isn't for over a month so not much to put in there. Tell me I have plenty of time
