Oh no! Try not to worry! If they measured you at 6wks and your Lo had a strong heartbeat, s/he should be fine! It's natural to feel nervous though.. Let us know how your next appt go and hope you have a healthy pregnancy!

@googly-eyes: when was your last period?

Don't stress yet. 6 weeks you don't always get a heartbeat, so usually they don't look for it. My OB and I were a week apart on dates. We ended up splitting the difference.

@googly-eyes: I wouldn't stress about dates.. especially since your periods were irregular. Also, it's a good sign that you haven't had any bleeding. I had a lot of bleeding around week 6 and spotting throughout til the end of my 2nd trimester. Had a healthy baby girl though! Worrying can't be good for you, so try to think happy positive thoughts!

just wanted to say good luck at your appointment and i hope you were worried for NOTHING! =)

i know when i went in for my first u/s, they weren't even sure i had 2 in me. that was around 5 or 6 weeks. and for the next 2 weeks or so (had to see them every week), they kept saying 1 was really small blah blah. but now, at almost 33 weeks, they're the same size =).... don't fret. nothing you can do until you see the results. easier said than done.
