She's here! Elliott Amelie was born on 1/8/15 at 11:10am after 34 hours of labor and an hour of pushing. Thank god for epidurals is all I have to say. All in all it was a very smooth and uneventful labor and delivey. Will post full birth story when I come up for air. She's 7lbs 8oz which is big for me because I'm pretty petite. The OB was shocked and asked where Id been hiding her because I had a small pregnancy belly. Must have been all the ice cream I ate through the pregnancy. Thank you for all your support ladies! Wishing all of you a safe and smooth delivery.

I'm getting super anxious over here, but I did just see me mucous plug/bloody show! I'm not sure if it's from the membrane sweep I had on Thursday or just natural. -
Ummm you guys, I had a baby today... Totally unexpectedly started having contractions last night and this midday little lady J was born after a mere 3 pushes... I'll try to find the time soon to write up my birthstory (birth was in the hospital and non-medicated). She's perfect and a lot smaller than her big brother ever was: 7 lbs. 9 oz and 19.6 in long.
