Thanks all! I was admitted at 4-5 cm dilated. She's calling the anesthesiologist now, so sweet relief is on the way.

Just checked after the epidural was placed - 7 cm, 90% effaced, -2 station. The nurse thinks this baby will be here before midnight. It still seems really surreal that there will be another person in this room in the next few hours - but we can't wait to see if it's a little girl or boy!
