What size clothes/diapers is your baby in now? What's their height & weight?
She's in 6 month clothes & size 2 diapers. Will see the height and weight in a few days at her 4 month appointment!

She's in size twos and just started on her 3-6 clothes. My guess is that her weight will be between 14 and 15 lbs. we'll find out Friday!

He is 16.5 lbs about and 26 inches long. He's in cloth diapers so not sure on diaper sizing, but moving into 9 month clothes (also partially because cloth makes his bum so big!)

size 3 dipes (they're a lil big, but size 2's are too tight)... wearing 6 month clothes. i think he can still fit into 3-6 clothes, but i/he doesn't like tight fittign clothes.

We had a ton of 1s that we kept her in a little longer than we should have because we didn't want to waste them. But we are finally through those and enjoying putting her in the size 2s! They fit great right now. She was almost 15 lbs at her bronchitis visit a week ago. Her 4 month well check is next Monday, so we'll find out official height and weight at that time.
As for clothes, we can still squeeze her into 3 month Carters onesies because they are so stretchy. Otherwise she is in 6 month Carters and 3-6 month everything else.

He is in size 3 diapers and size 3 - 6 clothes, but now the size 6-9m are also fitting so i will just switch over completely soon. It's frustrating that he is switching now because we are going on vacation in 3 weeks, so i am basically waiting until the last minute to buy him some summer/beach clothes because i dont know what size he will be in then! he is 14.23 pounds and 25 inches as of Nov. 13

My LO is 5 months old tomorrow. She's technically an Oct baby, but her due date was in Nov.
We took her to the doctor last week and she was 25" long and 12.5 lbs. She wears size 2 diapers and 0-3 clothes for the most part, though she's so tall now that she's outgrowing clothes lengthwise but not width wise. The doctor said she was 84% for height and 13% for weight! Her Daddy is tall and skinny so she must get it from him!

We are still in the size 1 diapers because we have them to use up. He's so skinny that it hasn't been too much of an issue. He's 25.5+ inches and just under 14lbs. We have him in 3-6mo clothes

LO is 4 months and 1 week almost. She weighed 14lb 2oz and was 23'' at her appt a couple days ago. she's on size 2 diapers,6 month sleepers and 3-6 month clothes. her legs are short though so she can still fit into 0-3 month pants altho its getting tight at the waist line. all her 3-6 month pants are super long on her.

DD just had her 4 month appt, she is in size 3 diapers and 3-6 and some 6-9 month clothes. She's 18 pounds, 26 inches.

My LO is 12.5 lbs and 24.4 inches. She just moved to 6 mo clothes and #2 diapers.

DD was 26.5", 14.8lbs as of Saturday. She is in size 2 diapers and 3-6 mo clothes for the most part. We are starting to pull out the 6-9m legging type pants since I don't notice much of a difference in size.
I think we'll try size 3 diapers after this box is up. Over the past couple weeks, she has been having some leaks overnight, so hoping that may help.

My LO was born Dec 5 (but don't really see a board for us), so we're close to Nov 12! She's still in size 1s and 0-3 clothes, but she was only 5lbs at birth! We've got some growing to do we have her 4 month appt in a couple of weeks and I guess that she'll be about 11lbs.
grapefruit / 4006 posts
we weighed her on our scale the other day with just a diaper and she was 15 lbs 9 oz. she was 26 inches 1 month ago. size 2 diapers still but she had a gigantic blowout today (my poor mom). size 3-6 months for everything, with some room to grow.
@tinyperson: welcome! i am technically an oct mama, but my original due date was Nov, so i cross over boards all the time!

Here are C's stats from her appt this morning:
Weight: 15 lbs, 13 oz - 87%
Height: 25.75 inches - 91%
Head: 17.25 - 97%
GOLD / squash / 13464 posts
LO had smaller stats than we thought!! 13 lbs 3 ozs and 24 inches long. But right in the 50th % so doc was very happy with that! She cooperated for the height and weight measurements but girlfriend did NOT like the head circumference check!!
GOLD / eggplant / 11517 posts
@MamaMoose: Aw sorry she wasn't a fan of the head measurement!
LO had a total meltown right when the doctor came in to chat. Fail LOL
honeydew / 7687 posts
@highwire: yay big healthy girl!
@mamamoose glad it went well, my LO jut constantly turned his head for the circumference check it was pretty funny.

@highwire: We have twinsies! LO was 15lb 13 oz at her 4 month and is also 25.75 inches - crazy!
I can't remember her head but she's got a little noggin
She is in 3-6 month and 6 month clothes. She's growing out of things length-wise faster and her cloth diaper butt puts her in bigger items than she would need with disposables.
She wears size 2 disposables but most of the time she is in cloth. We use the FLIP diapers (same snaps as the BG4.0's) and she wears them on the highest rise with 6 snaps open in the middle. Does that make any sense to other CD mamas? It's so hard to explain! At night she wears them double-stuffed so they're on the mid-rise and have between 6 and 8 open snaps in the middle. We still have some size 1 disposables that are leftover from when we were using them at night and we use those in the evening if she needs a diaper change between getting home and her bath time. Since they're not on for long I don't worry about leaks.

@highwire: 8lb 3 oz - 20.5 inches (but I think she was longer and they didn't quite stretch her out haha)
GOLD / eggplant / 11517 posts
@lindseykaye: Aw. It is hard to unwind those little froggie legs!
Mine was 7#10oz and 19.5 inches.

How's carrying that car seat feeling these days, ladies? I can barely lug the thing around anymore.
GOLD / squash / 13464 posts
@highwire: Haha... the farthest I go with it is from her day care class room out to the car. I pop it in the stroller most of the time. So far it's not too bad (she's also a couple pounds less than C) but I do find that when I try to hold it while walking in heels it's tough to balance!!
honeydew / 7687 posts
@highwire: were switching to a convertible when we get home next week! LO and the carrier together are way too heavy and bulky!
GOLD / eggplant / 11517 posts
What size diapers are your LOs in? We have one more box of 2s that we haven't opened yet, but I'm thinking we should exchange them for 3s! Ack. She's somewhere in the 16 lb range.
honeydew / 7687 posts
@highwire: LO only wears disposables overnight but he is in 3s comfortably. He is about 17 lbs.

My daughter is 17lbs and 26" long already! She wears size 3 diapers (had to size up last week after some unfortunate diaper explosions). She wears 3-6 month in Baby Gap and Old Navy, 9 month in Carters and Osh Kosh, 4-6 month from H&M, and 9 month sleepers from Costco. Can't believe how big my baby girl is getting.. it's so sad to see her "baby" clothes all packed away already.
GOLD / eggplant / 11517 posts
@wildcardinside: It may be time to upgrade to size 3s for us! We've had quite a few blowouts over the last few days
apricot / 429 posts
@highwire: last week was the first time I experienced one.. and it was so gross! I had to wash her little pants twice!
pear / 1992 posts
I think we're due to size up to 3's too. No blowouts because we're back to just using disposables at night, but almost daily leaks in the morning when she wakes. And I just don't want to wash her sleep sack everyday! She might not wet so much at night if she were STTN, but she wakes to eat at least 3 times still so I know that's a contributing factor.
Of course this is after I *just* bought a new pack (though thankfully not a box) of size 2's.
GOLD / wonderful apricot / 22646 posts
we kinda started size 3s too early (before his 4 month shots), but now he fits well in them i think he's around 27 inches and 17-18 lbs
GOLD / eggplant / 11517 posts
@mrsjyw: Oh my gosh how are we all in size 3 dipes?! What happened to our tiny newborns?
GOLD / squash / 13464 posts
@highwire: We are still in 2s and I don't see us switching to 3's any time soon. LO seems to keep getting longer (she's quickly outgrowing all one piece outfits and sleepers in size 3-6 month) but she's not filling out much.
pear / 1992 posts
@MamaMoose: Ellora fits really well into the size 2's, they just can't handle the volume overnight Even the Pamper's 12-hour diapers and the Huggies Stay-Dry. Both leaked. It might also have to do with her being a tummy sleeper. She leaked through double-stuffed cloth at night when we tried those for a while, too.
SO MUCH PEE.
GOLD / squash / 13464 posts
@lindseykaye: HAHAHA. I lol'd at SO MUCH PEE. M is a tummy sleeper too and we use Pampers Swaddlers. I actually think they hold pee so much better than the Pampers Baby Dry which is supposed to be the overnight diaper.
