I told my boss early on, like 6 weeks - it was stressing me out. We are a small office of a bigger company and if I'm out someone needs to cover and right off the bat I had three appointments during a busy time. It put me at ease.
I didn't tell everyone else in my department until after anatomy scan, so 18.5 weeks.

15 weeks

I told my boss at 14 weeks after I got the results of the nt scan back and the broader announcement was over the next wek or so. I wasn't really showing, just looked bloated and like I was gaining weight, but it was the holidays

I say tell them when you are ready, who cares if they suspect before.

I told a close friend at work early on at 12 wks, then my boss at 16 wks. Didn't officially announce until 21 wks, after my anatomy scan.

@MrsTiz: I do vocational & residential rehab for individuals with disabilities. Most the people I work with have little to no aggressive behaviors but a hand full of them do. Thankfully there is usually someone else around when I am around them. The chance of something is still there though.

@ElbieKay: it's super difficult with people like that. I told my friends at work around 12/13 weeks. Someone guessed then told my boss. My boss then came over to me and made a comment about me being pregnant because my boobs looked bigger. Gah!
After that I just confirmed if people asked.

I was 12 weeks on a Monday and told my boss the Friday before. I work from home so I really didn't tell anyone else, just when I see them when I travel for meetings.

I think I told work right at the 13 week mark. We waited until I was the full 12 weeks before telling our families, so I remember the week after that I told my boss. When I told her though, I made it clear that I was okay with everyone knowing and I actually wanted her to spread the word. At my company if you try to keep a secret it actually backfires so more people end up finding out if you say not to tell than if you ask for it to be spread around. I ended up having to break the news to almost everyone, lol! Oh and I was definitley showing a little by 14 weeks since I'm so petite and I wear more tailored clothes, so if I hadn't told then rumours would have been spreading like crazy.

Told my boss at 10 weeks because he was going on vacation and I knew I'd be telling the rest of my co-workers pretty soon after. I told them at 11 1/2 weeks.

I told my boss at 6 weeks and then we told the rest of the office at 10 weeks. I have to do some event set-up for my job, so she needed to know why I suddenly couldn't lift heavy objects or multiple chairs anymore.

My immediate boss knew very early on since she'd been fully aware/supportive of our TTC/IVF. Everyone else was told around 12/13 weeks or so. It was getting hard to hide since all the sudden my usually flat stomach wasn't so flat anymore & had horrible all day MS.

Looks like I'm the odd man out. I waited until 8 weeks for DD and I already told my boss at 6 weeks for this pregnancy. I can't keep a secret and I wanted them to be aware of all of the reason for all of the sudden breaks I needed.

I told my boss after we got the results back from our NT scan so 12/13 weeks. I didn't tell the rest of my department. I just let my growing bump do the telling later on. I think I was about 20+ weeks by the time some of the ladies started getting suspicious.

As soon as we found out. I work in a jail so in order to make sure I was safe and the baby was safe I had to tell them so I could be put on light duty away from inmates. Unfortunately that means they knew before my family did. But we had to for my safety and the safety of the baby.

I will probably tell my boss and a few girls I'm close with after the NT scan around 12 weeks.

I will announce to the rest of the sales staff probably during my presentation around 16 weeks about "what i'm looking forward to this year - sales and other wise!" during our annual sales retreat!

Before I got pregnant I told my former boss & co-workers that if I ever got pregnant they wouldn't find out until I was about 5 months.

In reality, they knew on the day I found out because I can't keep secrets about myself. I'm pretty horrible about that. They all laughed at me. We're all friends and hang out outside of work, so it was okay. They knew before most of my family (except DH, he knew first, of course).
