@Mrs. Lovejoy: We find out Dec. 20. We could pay for one as early as Nov. 30, but DH thinks it is a waste of money--he is too practical and I am too impatient. I WANT TO KNOW NOW! Haha. Do you have a feeling one way or another? I have NO clue!

@maybebaby: OMG love it!!!!! So fun we had our NTs 2 days apart. Baby was doing the same thing during ours - going crazy arching its back, flipping around, etc. Had you just eaten? I had like 10 mins earlier and the tech said that's normal! I have to find a way to post the pic here!
As far as gender, because we had super early genetic testing done at 10 weeks, we could already know, but DH is insistent on Team Green! Boohoo!

Cross posting from the June 2013 board (I'm now a June 1 due date)
Just dropping in with an update - had my NT scan today! Baby looks good so far - and actually looks like a baby now. Measurements were all normal, and we have to wait until next week for the blood test results. We've started telling people today beyond our parents and close friends, and it's fun hearing their reactions.
I've been feeling pretty good but almost crampy the last few days. It's very mild and not constant, and honestly I can't even tell if it's digestive or if it's actually baby-related. Anyone else feel this way around 12 weeks?

@Revel: Congrats on the NT!! Amazing it looks like a baby, huh? You can see its little fingers on our u/s, I can't believe it already has fingers.
I've started feeling more crampy this week too. It was a little strange since I was crampy weeks 3-9 basically and then it stopped!

H and I went out and bought our stroller yesterday (we got the Uppa Baby Vista), and my mom surprised us by buying the bassinet stand for us too! The store we got everything from is having their 20% Friends and family sale this weekend, so we got a great price on everything.
So happy that this kid has their sleep situation and transportation all figured out!And I go for the anatomy scan in 9 days! Can't wait!

@autumnlove: We got the slate/blue grey color. It was $30 cheaper than the other color options, and coordinates with our living room really well, haha. I think it looks gender neutral enough that it's great for a boy or a girl.
I'll definitely update here when we find out what we're having!

@Revel: i had some abdominal cramps that started at 11w5d and lasted for 4 days or so. felt i ate something that didn't agree with me but i had some intestinal cramps too. it went away now; i'm 12w5d today. (our due dates are really close!)

@mintmercury: Our dates are super close! Thanks for adding your experience. I'm starting to think it is related to food - because it seems to happen every day after dinner, but be fine during the day. Probably something to do with this sloooooow digestion.

We had our NT scan and we passed as well.

You ladies farther along are going to have to start sharing bump photos soon!
Anyone else in the "feel chubby, but not showing yet and still wearing normal clothes" phase? My normal pants are slightly tighter, but maternity pants don't fit right. At night I feel huge, but in the morning I'm feeling just normal (I'm 14W).

@Mrs. Lovejoy: yes!!!!! 13w4d and I feel ENORMOUS. my pants don't fit anymore - all Bella band. But it's still soft/rolls so just looks ridiculous and not bump-like at all. I feel like I just haven't been taking care of myself. Can't wait to get out of this phase

@Mrs. Lovejoy: @JoJoGirl: Right there with you ladies in the chubby camp at 12w4d. I was saying it just looks like I stopped exercising and started drinking too much beer!
Mrs. Lovejoy, I did buy one pair of jeans from Gap with the demi panel, and they actually work pretty well for me right now. I also bought a pair of full panel pants but haven't even taken the tags off because they fit kind of ridiculous - I just got them on sale. So the demi panel might be worth a shot, and Gap has a sale right now for up to 60% off online.
ETA: I don't think these pants will be a whole pg solution, but probably something I can wear for next 8-12 weeks and then immediately postpartum.

@autumnlove - my NT went well! 1.5mm thickness. Everything looked good. My blood test was negative so all good signs!
@Mrs.Lovejoy @jojogirl @Revel-- I also just look like I am getting fat at 13w4d. My ob told me not to exercise in my first trimester and to take it easy. My pants are too tight so I've been rocking leggings and some Gap skinny maternity jeans. so much more comfortable!
