@FaithFertility: We're going to Disney (well Magic Kingdom & Universal Studios probably with my mom, her DH & my lil bro) for 5 days. Then DH, DS & I are going to Melbourne to visit his Aunt that lives there for the weekend.

@AngelicOne: I used to work in Melbourne
If you have time that weekend I loved the zoo in Viera!

@winniebee: I hope you're at least able to relax a bit with other family members around to watch the boys!! Have a great time!
@MamaG: bah, sorry about the biting That must be so tough.
@MrsF: Hope you have a quick recovery!!

@josina: Awesome! I'll keep it in mind. I have no clue what we're doing while in Melbourne & M loves animals.

Night 2 of weird dinner
Demands the highchair right when we get home 5-5:30
But is a hot mess barley eats
Then demands "eat" again at 7:00 and will eat?!?!?
Toddlers!!!!!!!!!

@FaithFertility: Ethan hasn't been a good eater lately either... unless its fruit cups or bananas. If that was all he ever had to eat he'd probably love it!

@FaithFertility: @josina: K has not been eating well either. Between the canines, the fever (and today she broke out in a rash so I realized it was a virus)... I haven't pushed her too much! I figure if she's hungry she'll eat.

M hasn't been eating well either! Bascially the only thing that never fails is breakfast. He loves breakfast food!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@whenoceansrise: K eats like a dream when we eat out, haha! Except I can't afford to eat out all the time!
Look at how focused she is eating out! I can give her the same thing at home and be met with "no!"
nectarine / 2053 posts
@snowjewelz: I wish M would do that! We hardly ever eat out because he usually throws a fit when we won't let him out of his high chair so that he can run around.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@whenoceansrise: K usually starts asking for video I'm hoping once she feels better we'll be back to normal! I'm confident that everything's a phase! She was pretty good for a while...

@snowjewelz: OMG YES!!!!! Giuliana LOVES to eat out, and is so good, we are so bad and go out WAY too much!
honeydew / 7283 posts
@snowjewelz: Aw - so cute I'm jealous! Usually my kids are so crazy when we eat out that it's not worth it.
Although I shouldn't complain because he ate pretty well at home tonight

We had another EI meeting for J today. Just to make a plan and then we will have his first actual session next week. I really like the developmental specialist that we're working with and it turns out she will be the one coming here weekly, so I'm really pleased about that. DH was able to be at the meeting today which is good because he's been sort of so-so about the whole thing. He always thinks I'm selling the kids short when I'm talking about any areas that they need to work on. I think we're on the same page now though, which is obviously nice.

Ryan climbed out of his pack n play and literally flipped over the edge. We are still on vacation

@winniebee: all the cool kids are doing it
Is he okay?? I think it startled h so much that he hasn't tried it again since... Hope you are having a nice vacation, aside from escape incidents!
@MrsF: Ha, love that picture. glad the meeting went well and that you have things more firmed up!

@MrsF: adorable picture, glad it is going well!
@winniebee: Ohhhh my! Hope he is OK?!

@MrsF: I lol'd. So cute.
Glad your DH is on the same page now. hope it goes well with his first session.
@winniebee: Uh oh!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@MrsF: oh that's great that he was able to join in on a mtg and that he's on the same page!
@winniebee: oh how wonderful, lol!
@theotherstark: good to hear he hasn't done it since, haha! I mean, it's gotta hurt! Ever since K fell down some steps, she's pretty careful about going down the stairs.
K decided that she no longer likes yogurt; not even the stick form! And she seems to have gotten tired of all the carb options like french toast and waffles so we have to re-vamp her bfast menu now. She really liked meatloaf last night, thank goodness! I was talking to my friend with a 20 month old and lamenting together how every meal is different, haha!
honeydew / 7283 posts
@winniebee: oh man! That must have been terrifying for everyone!
@snowjewelz: ugh - the pickiness makes mealtimes so exhausting for me! J eats much better if things are really flavorful (or all carbs, of course - his newest word is "cracker").

@FaithFertility: I didn't want to thread-jack but I just saw you talking about a gender reveal somewhere else. Do you know yet?!

Back from vacation! More exhausted than when we left, naturally! Ryan was sick all week so a little crabbier than usual but otherwise we had a good time. His cousin is 3 weeks older and them together all week....highlights how much of a trouble seeker he is! So daring and naughty! But so darn cute.
hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts
@FaithFertility: very exciting. I think this one is a boy.
eggplant / 11861 posts
@winniebee: I do too, some days! Only based on how crazy this babe is in utero....lol
I truly have no "feeling" though!

G started these screams when she is mad or upset definitely not fun!
persimmon / 1050 posts
@FaithFertility: That sucks. Hopefully she's not mad a lot! M just started squealing to get our attention & now thinks it's fun.
eggplant / 11861 posts
@AngelicOne: No mad is in I said No......lol
A boy at her sitters does this so I know she picked up on it, just need to redirect her!
eggplant / 11861 posts
@AngelicOne: Squeals.....lol...I tried to teach her "Mama help me" if she needs me, but she now yells that from her crib when she wakes....lol great!

4 new teeth coming here Canines and the teeth before her bottom molars
All 4 at once and then we are done...lol for now

@FaithFertility: I know those squeels, E will throw temper tantrums sometimes, luckily none in public yet.
And picking things up at daycare... a 3 year old flaps her arms when she wants something or is mad and now E does it. Ugh.
E went poo on the potty last night!! I noticed him grunting so asked 'are you pooping, lets go to the potty' and he took off running for it, so I took off his diaper/pants and sat him on the big potty and told him to finish and he DID. Super excited, lol. We'll see if we can repeat it though.

@FaithFertility: I spied a canine that broke through over the weekend. Another one is close behind I think. I don't dare try to stick a finger or get a look any further back. I'm over teething!

@josina: Woot on the potty! I keep thinking that I should give that a shot with K as we can usually catch her in the act. She likes to go away from us when she's got to go and she will literally squat.
pomegranate / 3973 posts
@MamaG: lol. I didn't have much hope when I asked him if he wanted to go but he took off running so I went with it.
Good that she is aware enough to walk away and squat!
