I was stalking @FaithFertility: Baby AJ is here!

9.4 lbs
21"
Prefect
My Labor was crazy fast and a crazy story I'll update later
@Mrs. Ariel: Are you still hanging on?

@MamaG: still hanging on! I'll be 41 weeks tomorrow. At my appointment yesterday I still wasn't dialated at all. I have an induction scheduled for Monday morning if necessary. K definitely spoiled me last time by putting me into labor on my due date!

@Miss Ariel: Will be thinking of you! Hope you're more or less settled into the house!
@whenoceansrise:
I was stalking @FaithFertility: too and saw an update that AJ is in the NICU for a bit; hopefully they can all go home soon!
We took our first trip away from home for 2 nights! It was glorious! But with kids, I def miss the comforts of home; being away for 2 nights was more than enough for me haha.
We plan to RF for as long as possible... It's actually going to be easier getting her in & out of her car seat when we move it closer to the door! Right now she's in the middle.

@Miss Ariel: I hope things are going well! Thinking of you
@snowjewelz: Glad you had a nice trip! And yes, traveling with kids isn't exactly vacation...

Hey Ladies
AJ is home since Sat and G is in love!!
Thanks for the love
What are your kiddos for Halloween? G wants nothing to do with costumes....lol

@FaithFertility: Glad you guys are home and happy! Your pics of both kids are adorable
J is going to be a dinosaur (solely because we already have a dinosaur costume that will fit him). I have no idea if he will tolerate wearing it but it's pretty much just like PJs with a hood so fingers crossed!

@Miss Ariel: Thinking of you!
@FaithFertility: Glad AJ is home. Love the pics of G with him!!!
Halloween- E is going to be a lumberjack (DIY), bonus because the only thing he won't use/wear again is the toy ax and he seriously loves that thing, lol, walking around the house 'chopping' everything. Hopefully he will let me draw a beard on him Monday.

@whenoceansrise: I'm so so sorry to hear about your sad news.
@FaithFertility: CONGRATULATIONS!!!

@MrsF: Logan's going to be a dinosaur too, for the exact same reason. I really need to try it on his this week to make sure he doesn't freak out before his Halloween party at daycare on Friday.

@FaithFertility: I would go with it and skip the costume
I have a PBK Cowgirl costume for K that she isn't really thrilled about. And C has a ballerina and Elena of Avalor costume. We will see which she wears. I'm pushing for Elena for school (even though it's a PE day) as I think the ballerina isn't very forgiving with covering her body.

@FaithFertility: So happy for you guys!
Tyler is being a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. Ryan is being a skeleton (hand me down from big brother).

K picked out some purple butterfly fairy princess monstrosity so E is going to be a purple butterfly to "match". I was really pushing hard for us all to be pumpkins, but apparently the purple tutu, glitter, crown, and fairy wings were too much to resist for a 4.5yo!

@Adira: Hey you! How are the kiddos? Haven't seen you around for a while!
@FaithFertility: How's everything going second time around?
We are not dressing up... And K happens not to be in daycare on Monday's which is when her school's Halloween parade is. But I do have a hand me down ladybug costume for "emergencies" haha.

@snowjewelz: Hey! I've been here, just super busy with work, so not as active on HB as I used to be! The kids are all good, although we're all getting sick again. Hopefully not as bad as last time though.

I'm hoping M will wear a minion costume that I found. I might be able to get him to wear all but the hat part.
@FaithFertility: G is so cute with AJ. Love the pics.

@Adira: Ugh, flu season!
I don't know if it's been helping but I've been using EO more and knock on wood K hasn't had more than just a runny nose and some sniffles. I'm really happy about that b/c I do not want to deal with a sick toddler right now and potentially get myself sick too!
pomelo / 5298 posts
@Adira: I feel ya on the sickness front. We haven't been "well" in our house in over a month now! Currently we all have the same junky cough and I'm so over it! At least it's nothing serious, but it's still annoying.

@snowjewelz: doing pretty good! He is adjusting to nursing I use a shield if I don't he has no idea what to do.... nothing like G she loved the boob!
He is a fussy nurser but loves a bottle!
But everyday he gets better!
G loves him, and is so good, but gets super goofy when visitors are around

@MamaG: Ugh, I feel you! We had maybe almost a week of everyone being fairly healthy and now we're all sick again. And it's enough coughing one! I'm just glad this one doesn't seem to be hitting the kids as hard as the last one. But this is the WORST week for me to miss work! Stupid flu season!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@FaithFertility: I used a shield with K foreeeveeer! Apparently I have flat/inverted nipples; so I better get a few again just in case!

@snowjewelz: @josina: @MrsF: @winniebee: @FaithFertility: thanks all, and anyone else I missed. Baby boy J arrived yesterday morning at 7:29. 7 lbs, 20.5 inches.
Getting induced I was afraid I'd have a long labor/not be able to go natural/need a cesarean... But thankfully none of that happened. We got to the hospital and I wasn't dialated at all and they started pitocin around 4:30. I was 4cm at 6:30, 9cm at 7, and delivered at 7:30. Crazy!
We'll be in the hospital till tomorrow, although I was surprised when my dr told me if I really wanted I could leave later today! But overall things have been really good.

@FaithFertility: K is going to be an LSU cheerleader, mainly because we already had that outfit. Now I just need Dh to run out and buy J a tiny LSU football jersey so they can match!

@winniebee: I'm echoing the congratulations!!! Such great timing too to get such great news!

@Miss Ariel: Congratulations! I knew it was a boy
Thanks ladies - I'm still in a bit of shock. I'm focusing on the positive right now and hoping that this is a sign from our angel that all will be ok

@winniebee: It must be so scary to venture into pregnancy again... But it's def no coincidence that this was Dylan's due date month!

@Miss Ariel: Congratulations! He's so precious
@winniebee: I've been thinking of you ever so often since seeing your announcement
hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts
@MrsF: Thanks! My lines are getting pretty dark. I declined blood testing and opted for an early ultrasound instead. How are you feeling? What is your due date?
