@littlek: beautiful little baby bean photo!!! How was the wedding this weekend? Did you like the blow out bar? Hope you didn't get sick from all the food around you
@littlek: @winniebee: I feel awful but I am not enjoying this pregnancy at all. It is so much harder this time around...not just the m/s but I am just so much more uncomfortable this time. And it's hard chasing and lifting a 30lb toddler...and having to make her meals while not feeling well. People told me time just flies with the second pregnancy - ummm, it feels likes it's dragging. I just want to hit 20 weeks so the nausea/exhaustion can end...but then I'm afraid of just being physically uncomfortable with a giant belly

@littlek: aw!! cute!! literally looks like a peanut! i can't stop looking at my 8 week u/s from last week.
anybody have all day exhaustion? I can go to sleep anywhere, anytime. Trying to figure out if it is my new medication or just "normal"

@magnolia: no I have the opposite problem - exhausted but can't sleep. Pregnancy insomnia. Fun.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@magnolia: I am so exhausted, I'm not even trying at work... I don't know what my boss thinks lol. I sleep for 8 hours but I'm still exhausted! I'm thinking about going to my car to take a nap during lunch... And so tempted to tell my boss I need to go home early...

@littlek: are you going to do shots or suppositories?
nectarine / 2053 posts
@magnolia: I feel exhausted too, but I have a hard time sleeping at night especially with having to get up so many times to pee. All I want to do at work is nap!

@snowjewelz: I had a hard time locating it for some reason... Maybe it's the baby brain... Oye.
@theotherstark: , @magnolia: , and @whenoceansrise: thank you all so much!
Now if I can just get through this nausea and fatigue I will be able to hit this second trimester running!! I came so close to calling in sick today.

@Brawly: Me too Extra tired today b/c I had a busy weekend... My boss must either suspect I'm pregnant or thinks I'm lazy

I haven't been around to post about my u/s on Friday because the internet at my house was on the fritz... But it went so well!! Little bub was measuring 8w5d when I was expecting 8w1d, so it's nice to think I'll be out of the first trimester a few days sooner. That makes my EDD Nov 30, but I'm staying here because I'm a first time momma, so I'll likely go late. But who knows! The heartbeat was perfect and 175 bpm, and I am just so in love!! Here's my baby looking like a little piece of shrimp (DH keeps touching my stomach and saying "aww my little shrimpy" which is super adorable)

@sandy: @winniebee: Ugh, I'm sorry it's so rough I can't imagine doing this with a toddler!! I've been vomiting more, and my allergies have been aggravating my asthma, so I really haven't been sleeping well at night. Having to deal with running after a little one would be torture! Hang in there, ladies!!

@Brawly: Welcome & congrats!
Kudos to the 2nd time moms. All I want to do is lay on the couch and veg all day long. I couldn't imagine chasing a toddler too.

@PawPrints: I'm so sorry about your loss! Big hugs, and best of luck to you in the future!
@missybear: @littlek: Love the ultrasound photos! It is so exciting to see how they grow!
@Brawly: Yey you found us! Congrats again to you!
I have't been keeping up here very well due to some major deadlines at work along with overall feeling very blah. I hit 6 weeks Friday and the nausea and extreme fatigue hit me hard this weekend. Thank goodness hubs has been willing to let me sleep and run after our LO. I even fell asleep while trying to read her a book It is nice to see that a lot of us are in the same boat though!

@PawPrints: I'm so sorry. Thinking of you at this time.
So I spent the day shopping with DH on Saturday with my jeans undone and DH just told me to go and buy some maternity jeans and be done. I bought two pairs and they are SOOOOOO comfy! I figured I would needs them for sure in a few weeks so why be uncomfortable until then! Does feel weird though. None of my jeans fit now so il be living in these two for the next 7 months!

Deciding what to get for lunch today was the worst! I have think about what would make me wanna barf, what I crave, and what I can eat. Went to a deli w/ hot food station but they have way more salad stuff, so I just got a chicken noodle soup. Went to the Chinese buffet place and got a few spring rolls. Talk about weird combo...

@missybear: cute!! Shrimpy!!!
I cannot imagine chasing a toddler right now. Especially with no sleep. I used to work in a pre-school so I have a little bit of an idea of what they are like. Takes a lot of energy. Hope all you mamas can get some rest.
