Anyone else super sore? My uterus and front lower part of my abdomen is soo tender to the touch. Like it even hurts to walk!! I hope everything is ok!

Ugh. My "morning" sickness kicks in in the evening at 5. Almost every day. It makes my hour long commute even less enjoyable.

@dreamer3311: Congratulations!! Double Fun!
I've had the worst night so far, couldn't get to sleep because of raging nausea and heartburn. I was so tired I was delirious and telling off my sleeping hubby for yawning (uhh... snoring) hehe. woke up this morning absolutely wretched, couldn't stop vomiting, while my daughter was hugging my legs saying ohh mummy why are you sad?? poor kid!
hubby took her to my mother in law's for the day, and told her that im 7 weeks pregnant. she was estatic, but will keep it under wraps until she's given the all clear. I'm going to leave this house in its messy state and crawl into bed
@QBbride: i've cut the elastic in my pyjams because they irritate me so much, and have bought below the belly maternity panties. I hear you on the soreness. i'm even finding my bras irritating, but don't think letting my girls swing free is a good idea haha

@sweetooth: I did sleep on the side that was bothering me the most, and the day after I wrote that very sore in both sides. Funny how more pain/discomfort can mean less worry when it comes to pregnancy.
I've never had an internal u/s before so I think I will call and check, it helps me to know exactly what to expect!

@FannyMae: Oh no! Hoping a restful day will help you to feel a little better. It's nice that you have your MIL around and in on your secret now to help with LO.

@Reese: Mine feels worse at night, too. At least I am home and can just curl on the couch.

@Candy_nee: @FannyMae: @cvbee: @Reese: @simplyfelicity: Mine is literally from the moment I get up but has been particularly bad at night this week too, weird.
@FannyMae: lol on cutting the elastic My bras are driving me nuts, as soon as I am home alone it is off and the girls are free. So much more comfortable.
cantaloupe / 6630 posts
@QBbride: Not really sore but my uterus is a little sore.
@Bluemasonjar: Glad you felt better this morning. I hope that continues for you!

@travelgirl1: Sorry you are so sick! I was actually worried because my morning sickness was really, light yesterday and nope, it's back.

@travelgirl1: I bought two pairs of those stretchy crop tops in a bigger size, and haven't taken it off. much more comfy and I feel supported.

@simplyfelicity: I totally know what you mean, if I have a good day I get so paranoid about it.
@FannyMae: They sound like the way forward!

@simplyfelicity: yes! I bought maternity tights at target - such a dream!!
cantaloupe / 6634 posts
@Reese: Glad I am not alone! Doesn't help that I have been eating non-stop to combat the morning sickness and haven't exercised in the past few weeks.

@simplyfelicity: Yep, over here! Bought some maternity leggings and jeans over the weekend and I don't want to look at any pants with buttons for the next 9 months.

@simplyfelicity: Yes! I feel like I'm going to have to go to maternity pants within the next week or two cause my pants are TIGHT. Also fearing it's becoming more noticeable at work!

Good morning ladies! Threw up my dinner last night for the first time this pregnancy--yuck!-- and went right to bed. Of course it was right at the same time LO was up and wanted me but DH saved the day. I feel fine again this morning but I am so sorry for all of you who feel this way lots of the time.

@MamaCate: Oh that's the worst! Seeing your meal again. I'm glad your husband was there to take care of your kiddo while you recuperated.
I've been having rough mornings and rough evenings. No real throwing up, just heaving. Which is exhausting. And it makes me wary of what I put in my stomach for fear that I may eventually see something again.

@simplyfelicity: I miss exercise. But the thought of exerting myself while I feel like this just does not appeal to me. I remember turning a corner around 15 weeks last time I was pregnant. And then I made a point to exercise daily until my son was born. It paid off. I felt great throughout the remainder of my pregnancy, and I feel like it helped me get my body back sooner.

@simplyfelicity: Oh yeah. I look the same now as I did at like 17 weeks my last pregnancy. I start a new job on Monday and have no idea how long I'm going to be able to hid this thing!!!!

Was just thinking that I look 4 mo pregnant even though I'm only 2.5! The blump is real!
pomegranate / 3595 posts
@sweetooth: thanks for the sympathy! Catching up on paperwork today, eating crackers, and holding steady so far! I think I threw up 3 times the first pregnancy and 2 the second, so I guess I got one under my belt?
I am with you on exercise too. I had been working out 3x a week or so thus far but since I got sick I have done nothing since Sunday. Hoping to get back on track once I kick this cold.
pomegranate / 3595 posts
@Candy_nee: good luck starting the new job! When are you planning to tell?
apricot / 324 posts
@MamaCate: Thanks! I'm going to hold out as long as I can. But, with the size of this blump, I don't think I'm going to be able to hold out as long as I'd like.

Hi everyone! I'm a super duper late joiner, I've had to leave 2 due date boards in the past, and only just had an ultrasound this morning and saw the heartbeat, never made it that far before! So I'm feeling a bit more confident in joining! I've been reading along since I got my BFP, but haven't been able to have the guts to join until now!
Location: Nova Scotia, Canada
EDD:July 11, 2015
How far along: 8w5d
First child? Yes, but third pregnancy
First doctor appointment:already had two, with my history they have been really good about seeing me early, I'm hoping to get one more early ultrasound done in two more weeks, right before Christmas!
Any symptoms so far? I've been sooooo lucky, I haven't had morning sickness, or any other time of day sickness for that matter, until this pregnancy, and it's just a queasiness, I haven't actually thrown up, fingers crossed I don't!
Who have you told? We've told my parents and two close friends that knew about our previous losses.
I'm so excited and nervous to be joining another due date board, but here I am!!

@Mrsk: Welcome and congratulations! Most of the people on here have had a loss, so you are surrounded by ladies who completely understand. I am also on my third pregnancy for my first LO, hopefully third time is the charm for both of us.

Is anyone else experiencing joint pain?? with my last pregnancy at around this stage (7/8 weeks) my hips started to feel like they were bruised. relaxin must be coursing its way around my body, I feel like my hips/butt are going to fall off!
pomegranate / 3595 posts
@Mrsk: Welcome! Sending such sticky vibes and so glad you had a good ultrasound!
@FannyMae: no joint pain here but I didn't gave a lot of hip discomfort period the last time. That doesn't sound like fun.

@sweetooth: I was similar last time too, with suddenly being really energetic about power-walking daily. I was so committed. Not sure if that feeling will come this time!
cantaloupe / 6634 posts
@sweetooth: I so so hope the desire to exercise comes back! I have none right now. My poor puppies miss their walks.
nectarine / 2834 posts
@Mrsk: Hooray! I think you and I both had ot leave one of the due date boards at the same time. I also had to leave 2...sigh. Glad we're both here!
@FannyMae: I get bad tailbone pain that prenatal yoga did wonders for when pregnant with DD. I noticed it just today for the first time..and promptly looked up prenatal yoga schedules.
@simplyfelicity: my due date got switched to July 13 after my ultrasound. No due date twin for me anymore
persimmon / 1461 posts
@Tidybee: last time I had to put extra padding under the sheet on my bed to cushion my hips, and a pillow in between my knees to ease the pressure. I got tailbone pain due to pushing so hard during labour, I couldn't sit properly for weeks. it felt like my tailbone had separated or something ridiculous like that.
