@Reese: Thank you
@Mrs.Panda: Soooo flipping tired! Also super emotional lol. How are you doing??

@cyndistar3: I did have a c/s but no itching on my scar lol. I have had round ligament pain, but my car is like whatever. It probably because I have so much loose skin

@cyndistar3: oh and I'm feeling okay, anxious for my first US so I can feel better about this whole thing. No really symptoms other than being tired, even my breast tenderness has almost resolved. 🤷♀️

@Mrs.Panda: No, I have wayyyy too much loose skin lol. It itched last time too, it's weird. I totally know how thast goes, getting a U/S is so mind relieving, I can't wait for my next one on the 25th!

@cyndistar3: Reading neighboring boards over lunch... I have lap scars from having my gallbladder out that are SO itchy!

@SweetiePie: I feel similarly - usually fine when I wake up but lunch time is the worst. I think it's augmented by the fact that I pack my lunch and by the time I'm ready to eat it, I'm so not into the salad or whatever I brought with me. And I'm trying to follow a pretty healthy eating pattern (the midwives I want to birth with have some strict dietary guidelines, about no processed food and eating more vegetables/leafy greens) but sometimes all I want for lunch is a bagel.

@MaryM: Glad I'm not alone, it's so hard not to scratch in public lol I don't want people thinking I have crabs or something
@FelicityMerriman: Will they kick you out if you don't follow their diet rules??

@cyndistar3: I found some vaseline with cocoa butter that I used once when my feet were super dry and cracked and sore. I tried that out on my scars and it seems to be helping.

@SweetiePie: I have been getting so winded during work outs. But strangely I'm never tired otherwise. And I ate healthy yesterday and felt better, but today I want Wendy's...

@pachamama: Yes I was huffing and puffing during my gentle workout. Crazy!

Girls.... Does anyone want to move this group to a secret Facebook group?

Oh how happy I am to see updates from you, ladies. Glad to know I am not alone in my complete rollercoaster of emotions as @Reese: described it. I feel best around lunchtime, so I'm trying to eat a bigger healthy meal then because I don't always feel like eating in the evening, or at least not a real meal. I have been feeling pretty anxious at times, especially when I try to fall asleep at night. Long walks in the morning seem to help. A friend and I have been meeting on Tuesday mornings to walk and we usually get in about 4 miles. I know if I managed to get more sleep I'd probably feel a tad less anxious too. My 1st ultrasound is 2 weeks from today. I'm hoping that after we see our little babe I will feel a little more settled.

Hey guys, I'm new to the board, but so excited to be joining this group!
Location: NYC
(@sweetiepie, I'm on the UES too!)
EDD: 3/21/18 (but pregnant with twins(!), so really a few weeks earlier)
First child? Yes
Any symptoms? I've been pretty lucky so far. My breasts are super tender, I've been really bloated, and have experienced fatigue pretty easily, but no nausea/morning sickness.
Who have you told? My parents, my husband's sister and her husband.
Current thoughts/feelings/fears? Really nervous about miscarriage/disappearing twin syndrome, and then after that, super afraid of delivering too early. Counting down days until first trimester is over.

@pachamama: that's what we did for my October 2014 group!
@tbi814: welcome! Yay twins!

@tbi814: welcome! I was wondering who our twin mama would be (there is almost always 1 in each due date group)!! So exciting!
pomegranate / 3980 posts
@MaryM: I will give that a go, thanks!
@pachamama: I would love that!
@tbi814: welcome and yay twins!
I'm so impressed by all of you excersisers lol I can barely get my laundry done.
I did get my iron checked today because I've pretty much always had problems with anemia and it was good so I really hope this time I'll have enough iron stored that I won't have a bleeding problem this time!

I started out in the Feb group but my midwife changed my due date to march 6 and I've been lurking for a few weeks. I don't want to miss out if y'all do a Facebook group!
Location: NC
EDD: March 6
First child? No, 3yo
Any symptoms? Hoo boy, so much more nausea than last time! And I'm always tired. I hope it starts to die down now that I'm 9 weeks!
Who have you told? My Husband, 2 close friends who live far away. We're waiting till after my NT scan on the 18th to share. I want to tell our LO first!
Current thoughts/feelings/fears? I just want to get to the NT scan and my next appt, all on the 18th. I hate hiding but I am not ready for the world to know. I have been so reclusive the last month, I am ready to start hanging out with people again but not until I stop feeling like im on the verge of getting sick every five minutes!

@Ergggg: hi and welcome! Another 2nd time mama. I have a 3yo boy. I'm 6 weeks tomorrow. Hoping we can hide it well from the ILs at a party this weekend. I'm like you, I want LO to know first and we are waiting at least until my ultrasound in 2 weeks.

@jhd: I know how you feel completely! It's so funny I never though as an adult a pregnancy would cause me to feel anxious
I already have one LO and I'm thinking
How am I gonna do this ? And also thinking that I hope all is well with the babe

@tbi814: Twins! Fantastic! Welcome, hoping everything is going well for you

@Ergggg: welcome!
I hear you it's so hard to hide, I've missed several events because I don't want to have to explain my lack of appetite and/or my nausea.
Although in the last two days the nausea isn't as bad
nectarine / 2358 posts
Does anyone feel like you're showing already? I know it's not possible and likely just bloat, but I'm already having to whip out my belly and most days.

@Mrs.Panda: tummy is still fairly flat in the AM, but right before I go to bed my lower tummy feels hard and I can't really lay on it...
Speaking of, does anyone know when you have to stop laying on your back? We bought a new mattress when we bought our house and it's so damn comfortable sometimes I end up on my back but the morning...Oops

@StrawberryShortie: Usually in the mid to late second trimester, the weight of the baby on the abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava is what they worry about. You've got time!

Ok, so I will set up the FB group, it's a nice way to share photos and it's a little more organized!
So it looks like I need your FB name or emails, if you want to share privately I am lserbalik@yahoo.com

@StrawberryShortie: I was worried about laying on my back and woke up like that constantly.,, FWIW my OB said not to worry and your body will make signs of discomfort to make you move.

Ooooh I would be part of a FB group too!
Yes to the showing, I definitely have a "gut" that I normally didn't have

@Mrs.Panda: totally! I'm wondering how long I'll last in elastic band pants..
I'd be so down for a Facebook group!
honeydew / 7463 posts
@tbi814: Welcome! Yay for a UES'er. Hi neighbor We can share more info if we do a FB group!
@Mrs.Panda: Not showing, but definitely feel thicker in the middle. I have a pretty flat stomach and it feels juuuuust a little bigger but not like a bump. Just like I'm thicker. I've definitely used some Kevel bands in the last week!
I've been feeling so much better the last 2-3 days. Not sure if its the unisom/b6 kicking in or if things are just getting better overall with time. But I'll take it!
I'm tired during the day (hit a wall around 3pm) but at night I still can't get myself to bed before like 11pm. I just looooove my alone time after DS is in bed and I relish it.
Anyone else on tons of progesterone. I am so. over. it. 2x a day suppositories and 3x a day oral plus 3x day estrogen. I guess better than the PIO from last time, but still. And I know I don't even really "need" it, its just part of my IVF protocol. I am going to beg to finish it when I see my RE Friday morning.

Thanks for the welcomes everyone!
@pachamama I will email you now for the fb group!
@mrs.panda I totally feel like I have a little bump (already have some jeans that I can't close!). From the extensive googling I've done, I think it's too early, but I may be showing earlier than others bc of the twins
@sweetiepie would definitely love to hear your thoughts on raising a baby in the city. I also did IVF and am still on the PIO shots/estrogen. My RE wants me to continue them until the first trimester is over. Yet another reason that I'm counting down the days for that!
