@Maysprout: I have been super hungry too and unfortunately I think packing on the pounds already.

Yesterday I had a Banana, biscuit, and cup of yogurt for breakfast (3x what I normally eat). For lunch I had a salad with chicken and left over pizza! Then I had salmon, broccoli and cous cous for dinner!

My first pregnancy brought on so many symptoms that I had no clue what was going on with my body. This time around I've only had chest pains due to PVC and an increase in appetite. This week I have been extra thirsty and making more frequent visits to the bathroom as a result of that. I'm surprised that fatigue hasn't set in yet.

Most of my symptoms have gone away! Super weird. My boob occasionally hurt and I have a bit of cramping but other than that I don't really feel pregnant.

I am super thirsty all the time! Also fatigued and still nauseous. My noise is turning into a super sniffer!

@Mrs. J: the super nose gets annoying!!!

I had another sinus migraine last night. I think I'm going to have to start a daily dose of Claritin.

I'm just 4 weeks today but for the past few days I've been starvinggg and super tired!

With my first pregnancy last June, I didn't have symptoms this early that I can remember.

@lilteacherbee: I'm hungry all the time too!

My husband has already given me the nickname "velociraptor" which I'm not sure if I appreciate or not. Its funny now, but may not be when I'm the size of a whale.

I'm actually really surprised at the symptoms I've had so far. For some reason I always thought I'd get to skip a lot of them. Hahaha, silly me! It's been great reading what everyone else is feeling - it makes me feel normal!

On Sunday I basically laid on the couch all day and even napped for about 20 minutes (I NEVER nap). I've also been peeing a lot and sometimes food doesn't sound very appetizing but then other times I get super hungry shortly after a meal.

@mrsdragon I've had a lot of cramps and twinges, too. I feel them all throughout the day and when I don't feel them I kinda freak out, lol.

I fell asleep for about 1.5 hours yesterday when I got home from work/my appt. Yikes!

@fussygal: My cramps have really picked up over the last few days! They almost feel like period cramps which is unsettling, but pretty much everything unsettles me these days.

I'm not really feeling that nauseous but sometimes I think about food and it makes me feel sick. Like Mr. D was eating cream cheese yesterday and it made me feel queasy.

I'm also way more hungry than normal--oy Last night I also got really nauseous for a few hours. Hopefully it was a fluke! My mom never got sick when she was pregnant with me, so I'm hoping it's genetic somehow and I'll avoid the sickness.

It's 11:30 am here and I had a muffin for breakfast and now I'm starving again. I started to feel a bit funny in my stomach so I knew I needed to eat. Glad the back up Cheerios in my desk where there!

@T.H.O.U. Cereal to the rescue! Cheerios actually sound really good right now, lol. I'm supposed to make chili for dinner tonight and I'm just not feeling it.

Total impulse stop... I hit up the McDonald's drive-thru on my way home and got a cheeseburger Happy Meal...with an extra small fry because...well, they're effing delicious. I'm now debating making the last couple cookie dough chunks I have in the fridge...decisions, decisions...

P.S. Can we all just come to terms with the fact that I will be posting ridiculous amounts of food pictures here over the next months? Kthx.

    Sympyoms:
    *STARVING.
*My fuse is very short latley and I'm being kindof a biatch to poor DH
*I'm exhausted but moreso physically than actually sleepy tired
*Weird really uncomfortable stiffness in my right hand/knuckles/wrist, although I don't know if that is a pregnancy thing

I'm calling it now, there's no way I'll finish this off with 25 to 30lbs gained. Sohungry.com

@MrsTiz: carpel tunnel is a pregnancy thing but maybe not this early? I know what you mean about the always hungry thing!! I only gained 30lbs last time but I don't know if I can do that again so we will see

@MrsTiz: Ohhh...you know, just a super sweet purse...charm...thing. I think next time I'll have to tell 'em it's for a boy so I get a boy toy... Also, yeah, I hear you on the starving thing...totally hungry again. All I can think about is a grilled cheese...mmm.

@MrsTiz: My whole arm went numb on Sunday! The doc told me that sometimes women end up b12 deficient in pregnancy and it can cause circulation issues.

@MrsTiz OMG, the hunger. In the early part of the day I can survive on a piece of toast, but come 4:00 I have to eat. all. the. things.

@ms.janedoe that is quite the purse accessory!

I had the weirdest thing happen just now. I normally love cheerios with bananas in it. This morning I tried to have that for breakfast and got more and more nauseous every time I had a bite with banana. Now I'm feeling queasy :-/. And I couldn't finish the bowl, which is really unusual for me. I'm only 12 DPO!

(and the bananas were fine, nothing wrong with them)

  28. mrsmacandcheese

    blogger / clementine / 985 posts

@Mrs. J: Haha, thanks. I'm just really bloaty and feeling gross.
@MrsCB: Oh man, bananas. I had one earlier and it made me so sick that me describing it made Mr. D put HIS banana down. I don't even like thinking about them.

  29. ShootingStar

    coconut / 8472 posts

@MrsDragon: Seriously? Is this like a pregnancy "thing"?? Oh, and I could all of a sudden super smell the dog food, we put this pumpkin puree stuff on it and when I walked by it was like getting hit in the face with pumpkin.

  30. mrsmacandcheese

    blogger / clementine / 985 posts

@MrsCB: I have no idea! For me it's a texture thing -- the texture of it just suddenly got really, really gross. And now when I smell them I think about that gross one and can't handle it, haha.

The smell thing is definitely a pregnancy bonus, though. Mr. D was eating rice crackers yesterday and I could smell them through the whole house (and it was awful).

  31. MrsTiz

    cantaloupe / 6800 posts

@MrsCB: Oh, God.. the dog food *barf*. My dog has to eat this really fancy bison flavored food and the smell is UN.REAL. DH thinks it doesn't have a smell, but I assure you..it does.

Anyone having food aversions or cravings yet?
Aversions: Meat! We eat meat every night but I can't even think about it without feeling sick!
Cravings: Fruit, which is surprising for me bc I am much more of a veggie person..but green apples are my jam right now.

  32. T.H.O.U.

    wonderful clementine / 24134 posts

@MrsCB: My super nose is already back for sure!!! It sounds like that is a typical pregnancy aversion!!!

@MrsTiz: Meat was really tough for me too and DH eats it every night. I was ok if it was like chicken on a salad, or ground beef in a taco, but to actually try to chew a piece of steak revolted me.

  33. ShootingStar

    coconut / 8472 posts

Oh boy, if I develop an aversion to meat, we're gonna be screwed at dinner time, lol. I have no idea how to cook meals that are not meat-centric. And DH has no idea how to cook, lol.

  34. T.H.O.U.

    wonderful clementine / 24134 posts

For me, right now I have really bad burps. I was never a burper (maybe after a soda) but now anything I eat, I burp up for the next 30 minutes. I just have to be careful what I eat because I'm going to be "tasting" it for a while!

I go to the OB today and am going to ask about some phenegren (I use it for migraines). I also want to see if I can take half a dose since a full dose makes me too sleepy to function.

  35. MrsTiz

    cantaloupe / 6800 posts

@MrsCB: That sounds like us, lol we could NEVERRR be vegetarian..we eat meat with every dinner and 90% of lunches.

  36. Mrs. J

    pomelo / 5132 posts

Please tell me someone else has had some weird dinners..I was so hungry when I got home, I started eating hummus and pita chips...and I kept eating them! That and a bowl of pickled beets became dinner. DH was making fun of me.

  37. T.H.O.U.

    wonderful clementine / 24134 posts

@Mrs. J: That is quite the menu!!

  38. fussygal

I had my first major wave of nausea this morning and all I could think about was how I didn't want to puke because the bathroom isn't clean! That will be on my list to do this weekend...

@MrsCB My nose is perking up, too! Luckily mine picked up some soap from *across the room*. Hope the dog food smell doesn't bother you for long!

@MrsTiz Ooh, green apples - yum! No big aversions over here yet, but I went on a Pinterest spree last night pinning a bunch of meals with veggies that I rarely buy. That lead to a trip to the store where I bought so many vegetables that I think they'll go bad before I can eat them all!

  39. mrsmacandcheese

    blogger / clementine / 985 posts

@MrsTiz: Bananas are my nemesis, like I mentioned -- so gross. I can't even think of banana flavoured things! Sweet things, too, are turning my stomach, and I usually love cake and cookies and that kind of thing! I had to grimace my way through a co-worker's birthday cake this week.

My coworker heated up fish today in the lunch room and I almost died. I gagged so much!
