@Mrs. Yoyo: @evansjamie: Little known fact Buy buy baby is owned by Bed Bath and beyond and they take current Bed Bath Beyond 20% off coupons on just about everything in the store. I registered there bc there is one near my moms house and theyre one of the few stores locally that sell bum genius.

@evansjamie: I was torn too. there is one BBB in our area but there are many BRUs near all our family and friends that i might just have to do both. even though i prefer BBB. I hoping a lot of people will order online

So, I forgot to update with my appointment, but we had one today and the baby looked great. Baby measured a week ahead. Dr saw the heart beating. It was hard for me to see, but he said it looked fabulous. We saw the spine, legs being crossed, and the baby twitching when he pressed down with the ultrasound wand. He is going to still see me every 3 weeks, especially since we are getting closer to when we lost our daughter. So, fears relieved for a little bit.

So we may end up coming out on Facebook before our anatomy scan after all. My mom says people want to congratulate us there. Ironic coming from me (I work in social media marketing) but what would people do without Facebook?

Just returned from an appointment with my OB! No ultrasound this time but we did get to hear the heartbeat via doppler. She said everything sounds great and I'm on track. Scheduled the anatomy scan 3 weeks from today. I hope the little one cooperates and is spread eagle since both my husband and I are eager to find out the sex! I've updated the appointment list:

@corilyns: Sonoline B - Ebay - around $50 and included expedited shipping. The seller was from Illinois. I got to hear the heartbeat the day we got it (at around 13 weeks). It has been such a comfort to me, especially because I have spotted A LOT and because I haven't felt the baby move yet (:

@corilyns: Nope! Don't get discouraged, but the baby was a lot lower than I thought. Once I knew where she was, I find her in under less than 5 seconds every time (:

Officially started our cloth diaper stash! A couple weeks ago i picked up my first at a cloth diapering workshop. This past weekend I got another with a coupon at Buy buy baby. and today I picked up 3 and my mom bought us 3 from the cotton babies Seconds sale. 8 down 20-24 more to go!

Officially started registering! DH never has weekends off and has off Saturday so we are going. A little early but who knows if we'll have that chance again to do together. Have to reccomend this to you girl: the book Baby Bargains! HOLY CRAP! Like $10 on amazon and it's already helped me TONS. Definite buy if you guys are anal/type A or just don't have mom friends to help you!

@daniellemybelle: baby bargains is well worth the $$ -- that and amazon will be all you need, trust me!

In other exciting mail news, my diapers came yesterday! I ordered them Monday morning, they shipped that afternoon, and they were waiting on me when I got home from work!

@kjpugs: Where are you registering? I'm torn...I don't really like BRU and would prefer to register at BBB for my main registry, but BBB is few and far between. I'm also doing ones at Target/Walmart for family that live far away or only shops at those two stores.

@daniellemybelle: YES definitely worth it to me. It combines notes about EVERYTHING for each item- all in one area,, unbiased and honest- with notes on looks, safety, weight, etc. Even stuff I wouldn't think of.

@evansjamie: Registering at Amazon and BBB! BRU gives me hives. There are 3 BBB in NJ and 2 in Indy so I am ok with it even though I have to drive an hour to get to one

@kjpugs: DH thinks we should register at BRU because we'd be more likely to get stuff. If I do that, I'll be going on a weeknight. I think I'm going to work on him with BBB. I think a lot of people will see what's on the registry and buy it elsewhere, and it's worth my piece of mind to not tear my hair out at BRU.
