MRS. MONKEY: The Chinese Gender Prediction Chart was correct for me. It predicted I was having a girl and it was confirmed this AM with an ultrasound.

You are so wise not to worry! My daughter had one that showed at our 20 week ultrasound and they had me so worried at first, they even pushed for an amnio. I didn't want to spend my pregnancy worrying so I just let it all go and put it out of my mind. The cyst cleared itself up (as most do) by 30 weeks and she is such a healthy baby now! Stay in the mindset of positive, its powerful!Cheers!

@corilyns: Yep that's right! I think if I have a boy and girl then for #3 I'd do that. So fun! I'm just too anxious to know stuff ahead of time with my first, and then with 2nd you need to know if you'll have a new wardrobe or not haha! So fun that you're waiting! One of the few surprises left!

Loving all the great news on here today!!
I just signed up for my first chiro appt. So SO SO over feeling like my hips are broken. Ready for some relief! Thursday come quick!

@kjpugs: They might not adjust you on Thursday, just to let you know. My chiro took X-rays to determine what my problem areas were, and at the second appointment I began treatment.

@evansjamie: I haven't before so I'm really intrigued! I should have after I had bursitis a while back, it feels very similar to what I have now except the bursitis I had had muscle pain too. I feel like that and my neck I should have had looked at, I might as well do it now!

@kjpugs: I can totally relate. I went to two chiropractors about a month ago for hip pain as well as it was getting painful to walk. I finally found a good chiropractor who not only did adjustments, but also showed me a stretch to strengthen those muscles. Since then I haven't had to go back and I think the stretching is the reason why. Hope you can get some relief!

I get my back adjusted regularly but my OB said no way during pregnancy.

@ladybee: Really? I don't think my midwife has a problem with it, but my chiropractor has a special table that drops down in the belly area.

@evansjamie: He is very conservative about EVERYTHING. I don't know if I'll make it the whole pregnancy without going to get adjusted but right now I'm trying to follow his advice.

This is for mamas who have a LO and a growing bump.
Do any of you mamas wear your baby around your bump? If so, what wrap do you find the most comfortable?
I love wearing my LO but at 20 weeks by belly is beginning to show and wrapping her in the Baby Hawk is not comfortable for longer than 20 minutes.

Had our 17 week appointment and everything is looking great. Baby was moving around and looked great. I'm in more of a freak out mode than usual because this appointment and the 20 wk appointment were the last ones we had before we found out we lost our first baby. However, the baby was moving around a lot more than our first baby did last time at this appointment. They also took blood for our quad screen and last time it came back abnormal. Hopefully, everything will be great this time.

AFM, I just bought newborn photos off groupon for $49!! It's the session and prints off one pose. After we buy extra poses and what not we will be around $125 so I'm pumped!

Chiro appt went great! I have a lot of stretches etc to work on and the adjustment - while I didn't get up and feel "normal" again - really felt like an improvement! I'm excited to strengthen my body and start to feel better. Hopefully!
