Thanks ladies. I'm at my appointment now, and I'm guessing they will check me. Not sure what's next, because they have spaced out a bit. Still strong, though! I'm hoping for progress! I will update in a bit.

Matthew William was born at 10:12 am. 7 lbs 5 oz. C section was weird but not bad at all.

I'm n L+D on the monitors,and I am super frustrated. It has been a zoo here all day, to the point where the only bed they had for me is in the recovery room of L+D's operating room. I've been contracting all morning, except of course, when they put me on the monitors. So who knows what is going on.

Ummm it really is baby day! I went in for my regular weekly bpp/nst and there wasn't enough fluid to even measure so I'm probably being induced today... In triage waiting now

@LovelyPlum: how frustrating! Did they do a cervical check? Would you just be more comfortable at home? I hope you get some answers soon!

Found out that my principal has a sub all lined up so this takes a big load off my shoulders. As impatient as I am to meet our little guy I hope that he will stay put a little while longer so I can get things ready for leaving work.

Today was beyond frustrating. I'm home after spending 3 hours at the hospital. No baby, and not one bleeping contraction the entire time I was on the monitor. Two checks, and I am 2 cm still-unchanged from last week. All this after contracting regularly all day yesterday, waking up to timetable contractions this morning, and falling yet again on black ice as I tried to take a walk to get things moving. And all I have to show for it this afternoon is feeling dismissed all day, both at the doctor's and at the hospital. So yeah...no babies over here yet.
@jhd: I'm glad to hear there is a sub! I hope you can get things wrapped up without too much stress.

I've been admitted and just got put on cervidil... Now the waiting begins! My cervix was still closed when she put it in so this is going to be a long road....

It's hard because I had my hopes up, and I was in pain. But I'm home now, and DH is taking extra good care of me. So maybe a baby pretty soon @nana87: long road or not, Rosalie will be here SO. SOON.
I can't wait to meet her!

I had my 37week check today. Progress from last week! He's head down and engaged, and cervix is soft and starting to efface. I'll take it!

One good thing that came out of today: DH let me get baby's birthday/Easter present, so a set of bamboo A+As and this guy are on our way to our house right now. I have been hesitating pulling the trigger because they're both a little pricey, but you're only born once
So maybe now I can wash them before baby gets here!

Just wanted to check in quick! After 20 hours of labor baby Cruz was born at 5:15pm! He's adorable and I'm exhausted!! I will fill in more and catch up with everything later!
