@whenoceansrise: Hahaha oh no! I think K for now thinks it's funny when I laugh.. I gotta be careful too then!

@snowjewelz: thank you! I feel kind of bad abondining you on the whole wait till summer or fall for ttc though.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@Miss Ariel: Hahaha not at all! I mean, I wouldn't mind if we really have a surprise between now and then either! I have @joina with me still, for now!

@snowjewelz: I'm still in the same boat as you and @josina for waiting until summer/fall to TTC.
pomegranate / 3973 posts
@Miss Ariel: lol, I thought you were in the waiting camp with us but couldn't remember.
@snowjewelz: Yep, still with ya. Hoping for a 2-1/2 year gap so thinking June/July ttc.

@Miss Ariel: OMG, congratulations!!!
@AngelicOne: I love that Snoopy set!!

@josina: I was! And most definitely failed at it!
@Adira: thank you!!

G woke at 2 screaming! I went in and she held me so tight
Passed right back out?!?
What the heck?!
I know I should not be overanalyizing her sleep but when she has been so good for so long! Makes me wonder!
Maybe a phase?!
She goes down for bed unassisted now and 90% of the time is drowsy yet awake!
So who knows!
pomegranate / 3973 posts
@FaithFertility: E's sleeping has been weird too... 12:00 wakeups and won't go back in his crib. After 2 nights of sleeping in our bed 12-5 last night I let him CIO after hugs. Took about 15 minutes, I hope tonight he goes back to STTN!
to October boards.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@FaithFertility: Nooo lol. Now we're treading into another winter baby territory and I don't want that!
eggplant / 11861 posts
@josina: Yeah I've credited it to being sick, but now IDK?!
Hopefully it's a phase as my CIO back bone stinks.....lol
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@FaithFertility: Aww! Well, everything is a phase!
So DH told me this is what K's teacher told him - There is a new 3 mo old baby in class (I think they combined the infant/older infants since many moved up to toddler), and apparently K loves that baby and helps to rock him/her in the rocker and wants to "help". Cue heart melting, ovaries exploding, and baby fever, lol.
nectarine / 2053 posts
@snowjewelz: So sweet! I have slight baby fever but really no desire to start TTC anytime soon. It's weird, I thought once M turned 1 that I'd want to start for baby number 2. Guess not!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@whenoceansrise: that's a good thing! the best thing is just to do it again when you're ready to and if i'm not wrong, you're the baby of the group
nectarine / 2053 posts
@snowjewelz: haha, probably! I'm 26
But I still want to be in the same due date thread as some of you!
Plus you know, you and I got married in the same month of the same year and we had our first child around the same time too soooo the next one needs to work out like that too

@babypie: Hi again!
@snowjewelz: Ugh - I hope K stays healthy! I've been knocking on wood this week too!
@snowjewelz: We're waiting until then to TTC our next LO as well... at least for the moment it seems like DH and I are both hoping to have a #3.
honeydew / 7283 posts
@winniebee: @FaithFertility: oh man my palms are getting sweaty just saying it "out loud"! Most days I can hardly handle 2!
honeydew / 7283 posts
Although I'm currently watching some TLC show called "rattled" where first time parents are having quads. So if they can do that...
hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts
@MrsF: haha we are actively trying for #3 and I'm still unsure of it most days. I feel like it JUST got easier.
eggplant / 11861 posts
@MrsF: hahahh well I feel like ever since I got PG I have lost my parenting touch with G
honeydew / 7283 posts
@winniebee: I know it - and I felt the same way with #2. For some reason that felt different because I knew that we definitely didn't want an only child. It didn't even feel like a decision that we had to make. That being said - I'm one of 3 kids and can't imagine it any other way!
honeydew / 7283 posts
@FaithFertility: Be patient with yourself That early part of pregnancy is SO exhausting! I remember coming very close to falling asleep on the floor of the library with M climbing around next to me. It's not easy but you're giving G the gift of a lifetime!
nectarine / 2210 posts
@MrsF: I'm loving that show too! Although I can't believe they're taking care of all 4 babies alone. Part of me hopes they're just hiding their help from the cameras to make a better show.
honeydew / 7283 posts
@Miss Ariel: yeah - you're probably right. I'll choose to believe that so I don't feel inferior as a mom I'm enjoying the show though!

If K's a size 5 in shoes now... Could she possibly be a 6 by summer or feet don't grow that fast? She just has huge feet!
A Stride Rite store by us is closing so everything is extra 50% off.. I am so tempted to buy some stuff for spring/summer but I know it's such a risk!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@FaithFertility: yeaaaaaah........ She was size 4 by 9-10 months... And 5 by a year
pomelo / 5298 posts
@snowjewelz: I think it's a crap shoot. K has been in 5's for what feels like forever. She's probably ready to move up to 5.5's but not 6's. With C, we were moving sizes about every 6 months.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@MamaG: uggh. so literally can't really buy them until it's time to move on!
nectarine / 2210 posts
@snowjewelz: @FaithFertility: @MamaG: yeah... K is still in 2s. Although I imagine we'll be moving her to 3s soon. It's hard to tell, but I feel like her toes are getting close to the end.
honeydew / 7283 posts
@snowjewelz: In that situation I'd buy a pair of sneakers in the next size up because I'd want those no matter what season they fit... I pretty much do that every time SKR has a major sale.
and J is in 5s too! I'm not sure how close his toes are to the end but he has got some seriously chunky feet!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@MrsF: Good idea! I know! I didn't know K has huge feet till I had to buy shoes for her around 8-9 months!
