Bleh that reminds me I have to get the test tomorrow! I've been enjoying not having to take my bottom off for a while now!

And gaah I keep wondering how Sandy is doing! I choke up a little bit at the thought of the 1st Dec baby is here... I still remember when we were all cautiously excited to join this thread!

Just back from an OB appointment and NST. Things are still stable in the BP / pre-e department. I'm just so grateful for each appointment where nothing has escalated.

Still having tons of BH contractions and they actually started including some low cramping / pressure and back pain last night! I thought maybe something was happening but the pain stopped and I was still only dilated to 2 today in the office. She thought it was a good sign though! If nothing has changed (either escalating complications or labor) by my appointment next Wednesday we'll schedule an induction for the following Monday. Can't believe we'll be meeting this baby in less than 2 weeks!

I had my weekly appt today. GBS test was negative and cervix is still high & closed, though it's softened just a bit since last week. Get to have a growth U/S next week since my fundal height is measuring about 3 weeks ahead still.

Update: Baby Ava has arrived and her lungs aren't doing well. They're leaking air so she has two chest tubes in right now. She's on the max ventilator setting since her lungs are so under developed. Her kidneys are very large which is making it difficult for her to breathe. Sandy says it's not looking good. They would have to stabilize her breathing before transferring her to Seattle Children's where they'll treat her for the kidney issue.
I'm praying so hard for them right now. As you can imagine, Sandy is a wreck.

I am trying so hard to not tear up on the bus over Ava. I am truly praying for a miracle for them.

Thinking of sandy and baby Ava I can't imagine what they are going through

For those of you who have not seen the update on Sandy's thread, the unthinkable has happened. Baby Ava passed away last night. Let's all keep Sandy and her family in our thoughts and prayers during this awful time.
