@highwire: thank you!! I've been crampy today and still having tons of mucus but still nothing that feels like a contraction. I can tell baby is even lower (which I didn't think was possible) so I'm feeling really hopeful that my body will respond positively to the induction. Other than that hubs and I are just nesting like crazy and trying to get the house perfect for baby to come home to!

Hard to type on my phone but baby boy was born around 3 today after going into labor last nite around one am. Had a great hospital experience with an epidural and will share more details once were home!
Congrats @petuniasandpearls and can't wait to hear @mamamoose! Thinking of you and sending the labor fairy @highwire!

I finally got about 2 hours of sleep after being up since midnight of last night. The nurses are trying to time their checks and my pain meds with feedings to help me get some sleep tonight---something I really appreciate!

Did squats all day, ate the spiciest dinner (and am enjoying some raging heartburn) and actually had some decent sex lol. Come onbaby. DH learned that sperm might help induce labor so immediately after he was like "So? Are you in labor?" Not quite lol.

@Andrea: it was crazy fast! I got checked and I was a five and at my next check an hour and a half later I was ready to push!!
