@Sams Mom: Thanks for putting that together! My due date was adjusted to 1/2 at my first doc appt. Not sure if I shared that here or not.

@periwinklebee: thank you for sharing your doctor’s advice! Less than an hour after posting, they started wiggling like crazy again. I need to RELAX!
@Sams Mom: thank you for doing this! Did you ever decide if y’all were going to find out the gender? I know you were torn a few weeks ago.

@Jessiemuller88: mehhhh, I don't know. I'm far less anxious about it, but I kind of want to know too. It was really exciting with our son... But I feel like knowing will help prepare our son for it all.

@Sams Mom: Awesome! My due date keeps flipping but I'm just taking it with a grain of salt anyway, hahaha.
Ah man, the one thing I wish is that my toddler still napped. Cos this mama is TIIIIIIRED.

@Sams Mom: I get what you mean. Sam knowing if it’s a little brother or sister might make it easier for him to know what to expect! I’m dying for you to find out
@jaguar: no naps?! Oh no! I’m sorry momma. I cherish nap time!

@Jessiemuller88: Nope, Claire dropped hers at 2. SOB SOB SOB. Georgia napped til Kindy started so this was absolutely brutal.. and I am a zombie all hours of the day!

@jaguar: that’s rough! Im holding on to naps as long as mine will take them. My son, Nate, has always been a great nap taker (2-3 hours a day) but he is hard to get down at night. He wants to stay up until 9 every night, so I guess it’s a trade off for me to have a good napper.

@jaguar @jessiemuller98 My oldest actually dropped her nap right before my youngest was born. I thought it was going to suck but it turned out to be such a blessing because I only had to manage one nap schedule! I have no idea what I'm going to do this time around; I feel like between a napping toddler and napping baby there will be no time in the day to do anything!!!

@helloperidot: oh I didn’t even think about the different nap schedules! I bet that was helpful when your oldest dropped hers! I have no idea what I’m going to do either. I had a mini panic attack a few days ago imagining life with my toddler and 2 infants. I’m guessing we will never leave the house again.

@Jessiemuller88: Mama, you've got this! We still got and get out the house and we had 4 under 4 Will it always be easy? No! BUT you'll figure out your way. Don't worry too much and one of the things I have learnt along the way is that I don't have to be perfect so if somebody is wearing a dirty shirt or is going out in rainboots in 80° weather then so be it!
clementine / 973 posts
@Pumuckl: 🤣 this made me LOL because my 3yo insisted on wearing rain boots the other day in 96 degree weather! Thank you for this! You are right, worrying doesn’t help, and I’ve got this!

@Jessiemuller88: My first was my good sleeper. Second.... nope. haha. Please let #3 be a rockstar!
@helloperidot: That is true. But damn, this Mama would like to doze in the daytime!
20 weeks this week. YAY!

@jaguar: Girl I'll have two non-napping peoples by the time DS comes. So if they ain't sleeping, they better be helping me, loL!
But the upside to no naps is early bed time which I enjoy! I actually prefer early bed time to getting a break during the day, since at their ages they can usually manage a period of quiet time/activities anyway.
Man, but hormones must be crazy/raging. I totally lost it on my 2.5 year old yesterday and we both cried and I apologized later on. Then multiple people texted me to see if I'm okay since I did it in front of people It was super out of character, I was shaking from rage. Normally I am not a yeller, at all.

@graceandjoy: Ohhhh the emotions are insane, aren't they? I go from so calm and joyous to a ball of rage/tears.
grape / 81 posts
@graceandjoy @jaguar Agreed on the hormones! I don't remember it this way with my first. I am all rage when someone cuts me off while driving, goes too slow in front of me, or is just being absent minded. It is mostly just road rage at this point and very short lived. I am not reacting by driving crazy, so no danger other than some f-bombs and yelling to myself. But wow, usually not like me. When its over I laugh at myself.

Here's our sweet girl at 20 weeks! I'm so in love! We even got a view of her sucking her thumb today. Seriously, my OB is awesome. We had such an average scan last week that he spent a bit longer than normal to make me feel better.

@Jessiemuller88: so when you had the racing heart issues, do you happen to know what BPM you were getting up to?
clementine / 973 posts
@Sams Mom: I don’t know, but I felt it in my ears and my chest was literally pounding. It calmed down though. Is your heart racing?
clementine / 973 posts
I just had my anatomy scan! Both babies are perfect! The boy is baby A and the girl is B. They had their heads together I’m so in love!

@Jessiemuller88: I was browsing my watch app entering daily steps for my work incentive and decided to check my heart rate. Every time I wake up in the middle of the night I'm hitting somewhere from 145-175 bpm for a bit. Every now and then during the day I'm spiking, but nowhere near that high.
ETA: it's got as high as 187 now that I look closer

@Jessiemuller88: Ok, heart melting with their little heads together. Can't even deal!
clementine / 973 posts
@Sams Mom: that’s pretty high. I would definitely call your OB and let them know. I had to have an EKG, ECHO, and wear a Heart Monitor for a day. I get my results next week.

@Jessiemuller88: I see him on Friday, I'm going to talk to my doctor's (the one I work for) PA to see what she says, just to bounce it off of her... Then will get ahold of my doctor's office.
clementine / 973 posts
@Sams Mom: how are you? Did you see your doctor about your high HR?
grapefruit / 4492 posts
@Jessiemuller88: he said for how brief the episodes are (a minute tops), it's most likely just my crap luck with pregnancy side effects.
If it gets to the point that it's lasting longer than that, or makes me sick, or light headed to let him know and he'd send me over to get a heart monitor for a few days.
clementine / 973 posts
@Sams Mom: ugh, well maybe it will calm down. I am glad you got some answers!

@Jessiemuller88: So adorable! I am still amazed that more than 1 baby can fit in there!
