@Mrs D: The nursery is all set to go since I didn't change a thing to it since we moved in earlier this year (they had a lil girl). I just plopped our furniture in there and left the painted walls as is. I just need to figure out what to do with DS! We've already furnished the other two guest rooms for guests so there's queen sized bed (which are kind of tall) and dressers, etc. Not sure what to do!
I need to get new burp cloths, bottles/nipples, a second car seat mat, breastmilk storage bags, and diapers for DD. We have everything else from DS. I should get some girly clothes too since everyone's giving me a hard time about just putting her in DS's clothes.
As for classes, I don't plan on taking any this go round. Although I'm tempted to retake the child birth class to refresh DH on the awesome massage techniques they taught him for different laboring positions. And they always served good food. Totally selfish reasons.

@Mrs D: I also don't think I'm going to take any classes, although I was considering looking into a Bradley class. But the logistics seem too complicated with B.
@Alivoo01: Really? I think the great thing about boy clothes is that actually they're pretty unisex. Girl clothes are so girly, but boy clothes seem to be pretty gender neutral, for the most part.

We won't be taking any more classes this time. Last time we took newborn 101 for my hubby, breastfeeding- which was awesome, and natural childbirth classes. Although we are switching to a closer hospital so we'll probably do a tour there.
Turning our guest bedroom into new baby's nursery. Thinking about an astronomy/space theme. (DS is geography themed). Hoping to score some Black Friday deals!
I need to make a registry wish list- hadn't thought of it this time because they'll be no shower.
Overall, I'm just having a rough week because I'm weaning my son and it's been harder on me than I thought it would be.
Can't wait to get out of this funk.@erinbaderin: I almost took a Bradley class last time, it just ended up being too expensive. Have a great date night!

None for me either I don't think, too much hassle with DS and I can remember it all pretty well! I am doing a weekly prenatal yoga course (when DH can get home from work in time), and am loving it. It is the same one I did last time and it is SO nice to have a little time just to focus on the baby and myself!
@princessandthebee: sorry weaning has been rough. I don't know if I said it before but I LOVE your themes!
DS is currently taking a monster nap after a 40 minute scream fest when I tried to change his nappy before bed, I hope he wakes up in a better mood!

@erinbaderin: That's what I told everyone! I said, I'll refrain from putting her in "daddy's lil boy" or slogans along those lines, but isn't a onesie a onesie? So what if it's blue with a monkey on it or green? Not like #2 is a boy and I'm putting him in a pink floral onesie! As she gets older, I'll adjust her wardrobe accordingly because I'm not that mean/cheap to put her in DS's basketball outfits or polo shirts and matching shorts. lol
@princessandthebee: I don't plan on having a shower even though I'm having an opposite sex. I'm creating one however just to get the freebie stuff and to have a central list of items I need. Plus, the regular coupons have restrictions and the registry completion discount normally doesn't, so that's a perk!
Hope this weekend is a turning point for you and things are on the up and up! *hugs*

@Alivoo01: It's funny, because that's totally how I think too, but my friend posted a picture of their son in a sleeper covered in cupcakes and my first thought was "That's a girl sleeper!"

Our date night was great, and even better, my son was great for his Nana! In fact it seems like he went to sleep even better for her than for us - she just put him in his crib and left for his nap, whereas we always have to hold his hand until he falls asleep. And he went right to bed for her too. The only hiccup was that he refused to get in the tub, but he's been doing that for us lately too and I don't care that much. What a relief!

I've had some pretty intense vertigo the past few days. It's quite irritating, lol. Third pregnancy is rough, man.

So - I almost replied to a post on FB yesterday (asking for advice on flying with a 2 year old) indicating that I could not drink...then I realized I had never announced on FB I was expecting... so I just did. I remember with #1 I could not WAIT to announce it to FB...this one I completely forget...seriously Jessica?

@Alivoo01: I did the other night (14 weeks). I think I might have been a little dehydrated. I drank a lot of water, went to bed, and was fine in the morning. Could also be uterine growth!

@mrsrain: I have been off an on as well, and think it's due to dehydration as well. I'm 15 weeks along and the cramping is in the lower belly area.

@Jazzy: congrats!here's our announcement on fb from Disneyland! so nice it's out, but it's so weird how much better I feel now too. most symptoms have subsided, other than belly getting bigger. wouldn't it be nice to have a camera in there and check every day!? less than 2 weeks til next appt tho, woohoo!
@Alivoo01: usually when I get a little cramping, it makes me more relieved to just be feeling 'something' these days
it's nothing bad though. just some mild tightness, similar to bloating. Uterine growth/stretching I gather.Disneyland was tough. my butt and thighs are STILL sore from all the walking. and I've been fighting a cold, so good nighttime sleep is definitely getting harder
I also had an issue with 'carpal tunnel' I think. anyone else? my left wrist was killing me over the weekend, so I stopped taking prenatals with iron, and just using chewables now to get everything else. I read all the extra blood flow can cause; too much pressure on tendons and ligaments, etc.? So painful! so far, since I stopped, haven't had.

@Alivoo01: Yes I've had some cramping recently! I actually had some yesterday morning, my daughter asked me to go get something and I said just a minute my tummys hurting and she walked over, put her hand on my belly and said "baby's gone". File that under creepy things my kid has said!

@sbbs3: First off, super cute announcement! I love it!! Secondly, I too use the random cramping and nausea to reassure myself things are progressing well. Sometimes, I worry it means something is wrong so I gotta give myself a lil pep talk that all is well. Darn pregnancy worries!
@ksnow: OMG!! I'd totally freak and yell at "TAKE THAT BACK!!" LOL I know DS wouldn't understand/know what I'm saying/meaning, but creepy dude. The things kids say man... Sigh.

We haven't announced on social media yet, but this is what I've been sending to close friends via text. Which I'll also use on FB when we do announce. The shirt is a bit small/tight since it's almost 2 sizes too small. We used it to announce to family when I was pregnant earlier this year, but the pregnancy didn't progress.
