How's sleep going: Great! Xander's sleeping 7:30 - 5:30 with one wake-up for his evening fix of Tylenol... must wean him off that...

Clothing Size: can still wear 6 months, but I bought all winter stuff in 9 months or 6-12, so everything is just big on her right now, even with her Buddha belly.
Cruising, Crawling, or Walking: Crawling, and super fast!! She is starting to walking with her walker, and some cruising.
How many ounces of formula and/or Breast Milk per day: 24oz of formula (well 6 ozs is BM till I run out of the freezer stash, will be end of this month)
How many solid meals a day: 3! Banana and puffs are the only food she will pick up. Otherwise she is like a little bird sticking her mouth out for purees.
Any words: Dada....traitor.
Milestone you're most looking forward to: Probably going to regret this but walking.....and when she says Mama. And when her hair is long enough for pig tails.
How's sleep going: Usually great. Sleeps 630-700 till 530-630

Age: 8 months today!
Weight: 16 lbs 15 oz with all her clothes and winter jacket on (as of 11/8). Little peanut!!
Length: 26 ish at 6 months
Number of Teeth: 1 bottom and 2 top coming in. All within less than 2 weeks.
Clothing Size: 9 months
Cruising, Crawling, or Walking: She’s doing the precrawl rocking back and forth on all 4’s and faceplants all the time trying to propel herself forward.
How many ounces of formula and/or Breast Milk per day: Approx 18 oz + a few nursing sessions. Down to pumping 1x at work and still combo feeding.
How many solid meals a day: Usually 2. She pretty much loves everything but still gags on puffs/mum mums – which gives me a heart attack every time.
Any words: Dada.

Age: He will 8 months on Thursday
Weight: last weight was 16.5lbs but that was at his 6 month appt
Length: no idea! He's on the shorter side though, according to his percentiles.
Number of Teeth: 2 on the bottom
Clothing Size: 9-12 months
Cruising, Crawling, or Walking: He's crawling all over and pulling up to stand every chance he gets. He hasn't taken any steps yet though.
How many ounces of formula and/or Breast Milk per day: I do a terrible job of keeping track but around 25 ounces. Last bottle of BM was this morning so we are officially on 100% formula. Tear.
How many solid meals a day: 3 meals a day, usually, (Sometimes on the weekends we run out of time for lunch.) We've gotten a lot more brave with our BLW approach recently. He had homemade blueberry muffins and some whole wheat pasta with a bolognese sauce this weekend. I threw the pasta in the food processor before giving it to him so that it was thoroughly chopped but no where near pureed.
Any words: He's gotten to be super chatty but no words or even consonant sounds. Just a ton of grunting, ahhhhhhs, and ehhhhhs.
Milestone you're most looking forward to: Talking! I can't wait to hear him say, "mama." Cannot.wait.
How's sleep going: If you asked me a week ago, I would have said it's a disaster. But for the past three nights he's slept like a champ! And I feel like a new woman because of it! Naps are hit or miss though, especially at daycare on M/T/W.

@Adira: @Smurfette: $250 to mow the lawn?! Egads! Okay you both have convinced me that the park next door might really be a blessing, if we get the house! Although I know I will be bummed when we can't have a swing set. But that's what neighbors are for!

@QueensBee: Oh, it's not normally that much! If we had someone do it every week, it would be more like $50. But this was to do fall cleanup, so they got rid of all the leaves, mowed the lawn, and pruned the perennials!

@dojo: sorry about the biting. That hurts. Hopefully he doesn't do it too much. Isaac went through about a week were he kept biting but now he has stopped. Isaac is nowhere near crawling yet. Liam, Xander and Isaac and just roll around together while all the other babies are mobile!!
@adira: Hopefully you can get him off the tylenol. He is probably waking up at that time out of habit now. At least it is still early in the night and not in the middle of the night when he wakes.
@queensbee: That is awesome that Pete is sleeping through the night. Good luck with the house. No backyard isn't so bad if there is a park right there. Our backyard isn't going to be that big but a playground/greenspace is going to be built right behind us, which will be so nice.
@Mrs. Blue: I hope F gets better and can go to daycare tomorrow. They sure have mastered a lot all at once. Having two boys to chase after is going to keep you on your toes.

Last night Isaac got up once and I had him back down within half an hour. I was awake for over 2 hours. I am so tired today. And for some reason he is cranky even after a short 15 min morning nap. It is going to be a long day. DH got up with him this morning but I could not get back to sleep, I just lay there for about 45 min.
And I am supposed to be starting back at the gym tonight. Hopefully I get an afternoon nap so that I have the energy.

I called and checked on R. It was 9 before fell asleep and then only napped for 55 mins. She was in the crib, talking to herself, so hopefully she will take a good afternoon nap. Her teacher said that she isn't acting like herself, keeping to herself cause they can just tell she is so tired. 
Poor thing. I feel so bad. I wish I could leave work and go get her.

LO's name: Carter
Age:8 months on the 28th
Weight: He was 14 lbs 7 oz at his 6 month appointment (so tiny!) but I think he's getting close to 16 lbs now
Length: 25 1/4 at 6 months
Number of Teeth: 2 bottom teeth
Clothing Size: He can still wear is 3-6 month gap onesies, but is in 6-12 month pants and one piece outfits.
Cruising, Crawling, or Walking: He is starting to get on all fours, but ends up face planting when he tries to propel himself forward. He ends up rolling all over the floor to get where he needs to go!
How many ounces of formula and/or Breast Milk per day: He nurses about 6 times a day, but I have no idea how many ounces.
How many solid meals a day: I've been trying to do 2 but he isn't too interested in a lot of food. He'll pick up whatever I put on his tray and taste it, but he isn't actually eating much.
Any words: Lots of squealing and some B and G sounds
Milestone you're most looking forward to: hearing him say mama!
How's sleep going: it seems to change weekly! He's usually pretty easy to get down at night around 6:30 and will sleep until about 7. Sometimes he'll wake up around 4 to nurse. As for naps, he's transitioning to 2 naps that are about an hour long each.

In the mobility department, your LO sounds like Xander. He can get up on all fours, but can't really go anywhere! He just rolls if he really wants to get somewhere.
@Smurfette: Aww, sorry to hear about R!! I hope she feels better soon. It's so hard to be at work when we're worried about our babies! I'm nervous about Xander... I hope they're being EXTRA good to him today after Friday's disaster!

I still love the name though! I also loved the name Grant (and still do if we have another boy!) I guess I like presidential names

Weight: last weigh in was 21.3 oz on 9/10 (at 6 months 2 wks)
Length: last check was 28.4 inches on 9/10 (at 6 months 2 wks)
Number of Teeth: 7 total. 4 on top and 3 on bottom. I miss his gummy smiles!
Clothing Size: 9-12 month onesies, 12 month sleepers and pants.
Cruising, Crawling, or Walking: Crawling, not cruising or walking yet. Still can't sit up on his own for long periods of time.
How many ounces of formula and/or Breast Milk per day: breast feeding 4x/day (every 4 hrs). When he takes a bottle, he drinks 5-6 oz.
How many solid meals a day: 2-3. He loves food and gets really giddy, and impatient!
Any words: Nope, but he makes a lot of noise and babbles a ton!
Milestone you're most looking forward to: Sitting up, cruising, walking!
How's sleep going: he sleeps from 7-5:30 or 6. I can't get him to sleep in in the morning no matter what I do! But overall, he's a great sleeper that doesn't wake up in the motn, and he consistently takes 2 naps of 2 hours each.

While I'm getting one out of whatever trouble he has found and redirecting him elsewhere, the other has found some new object of fascination that he shouldn't have! It's definitely a two person job to keep up with them all of the sudden. I'm actually a little terrified of them walking...

Number of Teeth: 0! I'm pretty sure a bottom one is going to pop through any day though!

Cruising, Crawling, or Walking: crawling everywhere! Also starting to pull herself up.
How many ounces of formula and/or Breast Milk per day: not sure, still pretty much nursing on demand. She drinks 5oz bottles while I'm at work. My guess is 25ish ounces a day.
How many solid meals a day: 0-1... Not that big on solids.

@Purpledaisy: Welcome!!! And oh my gosh, you have a little peanut, still fitting in 3-6 month clothes!! I'm kind of jealous because I'm starting to buy 12m clothes and they're just not as cute as all the infant stuff!! I wish Xander still fit in smaller sizes! And I'm glad to hear that J isn't too into solids either. I was worried Xander was the only one who wasn't super interested!!

@Adira: she is tiny! I'm curious to see her stats at her 9 month appointment next month! I worry too about her not being that into solids. She could seriously take them or leave them. And then I hear people with babies the same age(or younger!) already having three solid meals a day! I figure though that everyone learns to eat eventually lol
@Smurfette: we have seriously lucked out in the sleep department so far! We definitely have days where naptime goes nothing like that but overall this girl loves her sleep!

@Purpledaisy: I'm glad to see another peanut Carter has hung out in the 5th percentile for height and weight since about 4 months. The ped doesn't seem concerned so I haven't been either. But I get so tired of hearing how tiny he is all the time! He has some serious chunky cheeks though, so we joke that's where all of his weight is!

@jodyblair: we joke that she keeps all of her weight in her thighs hehe. She was in the 25th percentile at her 4 month appt and 15th at her 6 month. I'm always afraid of the doctor saying something but she never has. She's not very tall either though, so her weight matched her height

Ladies, I am feeling so crummy today. It came out of no where. I have no appetite, a little tummy ache, and I feel cold and achy. I'm going to bed shortly. Hopefully a little ginger ale and sleep will do the trick.

@Purpledaisy: That makes me wonder about growth charts...my LO weighed a little more than yours at 6 months, but they said 5th percentile. Hmmm. I've heard there are different types of growth charts, but I don't know what makes them different. Any ideas?

@QueensBee: I hope you feel better. I started feeling nauseous around 2 today, I want to throw up but I can't but I have been in the bathroom all night. And I am freezing. Luckily R was in a good mood tonight so it was easier dealing with her and wanting to curl up in a ball!

@Purpledaisy: Xander did the same thing - he was actually born around the 70th percentile, then was around 50th, then 30th, and is now ~15th! But I hear it's normal for babies to drop off in the charts and then sort of settle around 6+ months.
