(although DH is not totally happy with this, I've been working on convincing him!)@whiskers: I'm up about 8 lbs - I got the first trimester exhaustion and some food aversions, but not the nausea, so all I wanted to eat were carbs and cheese, but I was too tired to exercise - not a good combination!

I didn't have time to eat breakfast at home and I'm STARVING. In the two hours I've been at work, I've shotgunned two clementines and a half a cup of almonds. Lunchtime cannot get here soon enough!

@whiskers: @avivoca: @cnidaria: I'm right there with you on the eating frenzy. I thought it died down in recent weeks, but these last few days I have been SO hungry (and a little more than obsessed with carbs)!
@whiskers: I'm up a couple of pounds and I feel like it's mostly in my butt, not my bump!
@MrsRcCar: Sorry about breaking out, but sure glad you aren't super nauseous! Pick your poison, I guess (though we really don't pick, do we?!).

For the second-time and third-time plus mammas, did you feel your first "kicks" and flutters of movement and know what it was immediately the first time around or did it take some time to realize? I have had these light flutters/gas rumbles (but not gas)/tickles in my lower uterus area for the last few days ... sometimes it's just constant. Is that what I think it is?!?
I'm so hoping the answer is yes, but I have never felt it before. I'm 16w tomorrow! -

@Amorini: Flutters are the word I'd use to describe those first kicks. I remember realizing that was what was happening during my 16th week with my son so I'm guessing that's what those are. They definitely get stronger and there is no question what they are as things progress!

@Amorini: I thought for a night or two that I was possibly feeling the baby and just where you said lower uterus. After a few days and then feeling it as I was laying down and really paying attention I knew that was it
I don't think I felt DD until 15-17 weeks so I thought that it was early but I definitely feel the flutters!!!!!! -
I called Natera to get my case# for my panorama so I could track it online and my doctors office filled out the form wrong so now they have to verify with them which version I'm getting tested for since they checked both boxes. So that means a delay on the testing. Boo.

Oh man. Anyone having insane dreams? I woke up three times in a rage last night because of stuff that happened IN A DREAM.
And one involved my posts being deleted in HB by someone who hated me & was trying to censor my posts.
(although DH is not totally happy with this, I've been working on convincing him!)
I'm so hoping the answer is yes, but I have never felt it before. I'm 16w tomorrow!
