Hey @redsmarties: !! I was thinking about making this post but was also a little nervous since it's still early for me as well! Maybe we're the only 2!! 
Is this your first baby? Yes.
Any symptoms so far? So far, just cramping and sporadic sore boobs.
When & how did you find out? I found out on Nov. 28 (last wed). Pee'd on a stick!
What are you most excited for? Baby kicks and meeting this little person!
What are you least excited for? nausea, miscarriage, health problems, birth.

Add me to the list of skepticals! I had a loss in July, but my BFP result was much more vivid than my previous one so I'm hoping this one sticks around!! According to FF's due date calculator, I'm due on Aug 9, 2013.

Is this your first baby? Yes
Any symptoms so far? Not really. I had random belly "crampings" last week, but didn't think much of it. And maybe heightened sense of smell? My nose is pretty sensitive normally.
When & how did you find out? Took a test yesterday afternoon (12/2) on a cheapie, and a second line showed up pretty quickly so I took First Response test and the test line showed up immediately and was super dark. Darker than the control line!
What are you most excited for? A sticky and healthy baby!
What are you least excited for/worried about? Pregnancy symptoms (morning sickness, etc.), crazy pregnancy weight gain, a m/c, tearing during birth

@Alivoo01: I know, I think mine could change? My cycle was really messed up so August 9 is what FF predicted. Haven't had a doctors appointment yet so it'll be interesting to see if it changes any.

When & how did you find out? Tested with a Clearblue Friday, got neg, took another this a.m. and it read "Pregnant"

@Alivoo01: Strange coincidence, I had a loss in July 2011, got my bfp in November 2011, and gave birth to my dd Alice on August 8th this year

First baby? YES! After 2 years TTC!
When and how? Nov 28, when AF didn't show and my temp rose instead of fell, I tested. It was faint, but positive. The many other tests since then have been mega positive! Due August 8
Most excited: everything! Symptoms, kicks, Ultrasounds, all of it!
Least excited? I'm terrified of a loss.

Any symptoms so far? I have off and on random cramping, plus pretty sore boobs. Also a bit of indigestion, but I always get some around this time of year, so not sure its baby related.
When & how did you find out? I tested yesterday morning at 14dpo
What are you most excited for? A healthy baby! Also, looking forward to telling friends and family once things are confirmed to be going well
Least excited? Trouble sleeping! And of course morning sickness...

@Alivoo01 - Thanks I plan to keep anonymous because we aren't telling most people until after the 1st tri. I've told a few friends about this site, so I'm a little paranoid that people will figure me out (I have one friend in particular who I told about HB and she can't keep a secret). I might change my mind though, we'll see.

@Alivoo01 - nope, not at all! I understand being curious I do feel a little silly for being anon, but better safe than sorry I guess!
So those of you who are a few days ahead, what happened when you called your doc? I didn't call yesterday because I wanted DH to be the very first to know when he got home. Calling as soon as the office opens today. I imagine there will be at least a blood draw. I have an already-scheduled acupuncture appointment today too.

@Mrs.Someone: I have my first doc appointment tomorrow afternoon. I'm not really sure what it will include but I'll make sure to update. Hopefully she'll send me for blood and then possibly set me up for my first ultrasound.

@Mrs.Someone: I had my blood drawn yesterday to test my HCG and progesterone levels. I should hear something back today, and if things look good, I'm assuming we'll schedule the first pre-natal appointment which will include an ultrasound in a couple weeks where I'll be about 7 weeks pregnant.

I took advantage of not being too busy to make some phone calls. But my GYN's office doesn't open until 10am today! Another half hour of waiting to call again... At least they usually have openings right away.
I also called the midwife practice that I want to go to and they said they don't see people until 8-10 weeks 
They will do a free meet and greet though. I was hoping to be able to hear a heartbeat before 7 weeks, because my inlaws are coming to visit and we'd like to tell our parents just after they get here.

@Mrs.Someone: My midwife practice doesn't do appointments until 8-10 weeks, either. My first appointment is January 2, when I'll be about 10 weeks. I'm a little nervous about waiting that long, but I guess as long as I get a positive test every week or so, I'll maintain my sanity.

@.twist.: I'm feeling pretty good. A little nauseous in the morning and evening, and my boobs are ridiculously sore. I'm crazy bloated, too!
My midwife doesn't do appointments until 8-10 weeks, so my first one is on January 2. At least I have Christmas to distract me in the meantime.
I've been alternating hot and cold the past few days. I was freezing today and yesterday, but at night I've been crazy hot - my husband has to sleep with no covers because I heat up the bed so much!

Any symptoms so far? Not really. I've been sleeping like garbage but been really tired, so that's something, and I feel like I can smell EVERYTHING way more than usual.

@redsmarties: I feel like everyone I know who's due in August is having super mild symptoms thus far. I wonder if it's still just too early or if we're all really lucky!
Anyone else have a bunch of Christmas parties to go to in the next few weeks? I have a feeling I'm going to be coming out a bit early because I KNOW people are going to ask why I'm not drinking at these parties!!!

@.twist.: I was just telling my husband that we're going to have to tell our families before our first appointment because I'm not going to be drinking, and they're going to want to know why! I'm hoping to not have to tell EVERYONE yet, but I know I will have to tell my in-laws, sister-in-law, niece, and my dad and brother before the appointment, and probably the friends we're spending New Year's with. I KNOW they will not buy any silly excuse about why I'm not having champagne!

@JamieLee: Seriously! Our friends and family all like to have a glass of wine, especially around the holidays. They also all know that I LOVE me some wine so it will be totally out of the ordinary and making up a bunch of excuses will just not fly!
haha, I've decided holiday season is just a terrible time to be pregnant in the 1st trimester.

@.twist.: Agreed! It would be great to be like 12-13 weeks around this time, and get to deliver the good news via some fun holiday way. My hubby is just really gun shy about telling people too soon after our miscarriage last year. Ugh! Me, I don't mind as much. I learned a lot from the experience, and have decided it's nothing to be ashamed of, and why should we hide what happened to us?
However, I will be waiting to post anything on Facebook or to the masses probably until 20 weeks, or at least like 15.
