@Sapphiresun: I find the easiest way is to have two tabs open and just copy and paste the name from one tab onto the reply screen in the other tab.... if that makes sense?

@greenebee: I'm 21w5d and so far no kicks externally. I just started feeling them myself a few days ago (but kind of once I was obvious, in retrospect its been moving for a while, not just gas like I thought). Buuuuuut... I'm a little bit of a chunky monkey and I've heard that can delay things if you hav to feel it through everything.

@redsmarties: it was $20 for 5. Probably not as affordable as compared to making them yourself, but I wanted each to be a different specific color, so I figured that by the time I factored in buying tissue paper it was just easier.

Everything went well at our ultrasound, although they had trouble getting good enough pictures of the heart so we've got another ultrasound scheduled on May 16.

@delight: haha, I had pretty much already decided I was going to. I guess it seems like an important purchase and I always get a little freaked out before ordering online! Especially big stuff. I feel like we are behind in getting baby stuff! LOL.
It's funny, I could have gone to the store and gotten the same product, but buying it online seems just as satisfying even though I won't get it for a couple weeks.

So, my grandmother just called me up to tell me that she would like to buy us our stroller (which is what her grandmother did for her)! And I told her how much it was (because I balked at the price) and she didn't bat an eye. Yea! So now, we're getting the B-agile and i don't have to feel guilty at all!

haven't bought it yet, I want to wait until I get the car seat. I'm still a little leery on the attachment for the city mini to fit the keyfit because they seem really hard to find

@redsmarties: Thanks! I figured it was time to come out of stalker status, and definitely have some questions I thought might be better answered here than WB.
I feel so behind in the purchasing too. I don't have many friends IRL that have kids, and don't live near family that can help me out choosing, and I just don't feel like I'm qualified on my own! It's so ridiculous... I'm a well educated woman that makes important decisions all day long, and I'm being bested by choosing a stroller.

@Sapphiresun: just remember: all carseats have to meet safety requirements. Are there some baby items people like more than others? Sure, but at the end of the day a stroller still rolls and a rocker still rocks :). They're still just individuals' opinions.
If you can, try to check out some baby items in person (babies r us, buy buy baby, etc) and see what appeals to you most. I don't think there's really a wrong answer :).

@Sapphiresun: I totally second what @StrawberryBee: said to just do some mild reading/research and then just go cruise through the stores and see what you like. Also, if you have a BBB near you they have some really knowledgeable people who can answer questions. I was set on one stroller system before going to the store and then once I was there I did a total 180 based on the feel of the products and ease of use!

Yikes! You ladies have been chatty! Love it! Sorry I've been MIA I've had a crazy work week. Plan on doing some spring cleaning today, but figured I'd check in here first.
All is well around here. Started our registry at BRU and it feels good to have made decisions on some of the big purchases. I'm trying not to add any clothes to our registry because I know we'll be getting tons of outfits from people anyway. In fact, they've already started. I get so excited when someone gives me a gift for baby. I love all the cuteness and it makes this all seem much more real!@Sapphiresun: Welcome! Glad to see you here!
@delight: Try not to panic! lol I felt like you just a few weeks ago. The thought of even just starting to research car seats and strollers gave me such anxiety and I felt wayyy behind! BUT the good news is it's not as bad as I thought! Thanks to Twist I used Lucies list and that gave me a great jumping off point. I then looked at reviews and went to see everything in person. You'll figure it all out soon, and you still have plenty of time!
@.twist.: I meant to tell you, I fell in LOVE with the citi mini. It's so light-weight and easy to maneuver. It also has a nice look to it. I'm so excited you would think I was buying a new car for myself! lol

@skipper2010: eeeeee! That makes me so happy to hear that. Are you going to be getting the adaptor for a carseat? I've heard it sits high on the stroller which worries me a little since I'm a shorty. I would TOTALLY be as excited as you and you'd seriously think I was buying a new car! hahaha

Does anyone else have incredibly itchy/chapped lips? I am going insane! They've been like this for about 2 months. Carmex isn't helping at all, the pharmacist said to use vaseline which helps a little with the cracking, but not the itchiness.

@StbHisMrs: huh. I haven't had that happen.... Have you noticed if it happens after eating apples or pears? I have found that I can't eat apples or pears or any fruit where you eat the skin. It makes my lips itchy and kinda swollen feeling!
