@Modern Daisy: Wow! I'm registered on Amazon as well! I hope we don't find that we have more items to look out for! No one bought the 'fake'ERGO for you did they?
grapefruit / 4187 posts
@Alivoo01: Well then yours most likely wasn't counterfeit, or at least it was sold by a counterfeit seller who accepts returns lol! The reviews all said when they contacted the seller to make the return they couldn't get a response. I was originally linked to one on Amazon sold through Diapers.com who I know is a certified retailer, but when you register on Amazon they switch the seller without alerting you, so it automatically switched one day to "ERGObaby".
@greenebee: No, thankfully no one bought it for us and I'm going through all the other gifts we've received and have yet to receive to make sure this doesn't happen with anything else! I'm pretty sure it's a one-off occurance since all the packaging for the other products has been totally legit so far. I'm just going to make sure to call manufacturers checking serial numbers for things like our carseat and swing.

@Modern Daisy: Good point about the return policy. LOL!! This is the newer model I was planning on getting... Do you think it's legit??? I'm nervous now!

@Alivoo01: I would definitely call ERGObaby directly before you buy it to check that is is not counterfeit. It says that it is sold through Amazon, which sounds legit, but I would call just to be 100% sure that they are an authorized vendor. Some of the reviews said they ordered from Amazon as the seller and they received counterfeit items.

@Mrs D: I so miss wine tasting! We have so many wineries on the Leelanau Peninsula where I live! I had some friends that came up with their family and they went wine tasting...I met them at a hard cider place that is just over the hill from my house and they were all drinking cider and I really really wanted some! I plan to do a wine tasting day in the fall with some wino friends of mine...lol!

@Mrs Hedgehog: awww, how awesome! I wish someone would definitively tell me "yes, it's a girl!" She is uber cute!!
@Grace: It's so wrong to put people down (even if they aren't present) for formula feeding instead of BF'ing. I hope to be able to BF, but if I can't I'm okay with that! Still stockpiling all the free formula samples they're sending me ;).
@greenebee: "I am trying to convince him that the noises I make are just the effort of standing." Lol, I do the same thing!
@Sapphiresun: I'm sure we won't use half of it (or won't want to get her all dressed up for...nowhere to go ;)) so don't feel too bad. I'd almost prefer a couple of easy side button tops; not sure where all these 0-3m dresses are going to get used!
@skipper2010: I never got on the exercise bandwagon ;). I was able to pick up four nursing tanks (well, one was more of a night gown) at Motherhood Maternity this weekend.
@Modern Daisy: I hate how Amazon changes the seller!
So I had my 34 week appointment (or as I prefer to call it, drive by. Swear to god, the doctors just look so rushed when I see them). At my next appointment they'll start doing internal checks (...yay). Still measuring right on target, and I actually lost weight from my last appointment ;). She confirmed that baby is head down, butt up!

@MrsB2012: @StrawberryBee: @MrsD:@Alivoo01: @SapphireSun: You ladies are all right, and that's something I would tell anyone else. It's odd how she got to me though, and apparently it's pretty common at the hospital here. Hopefully, I'll be able to keep my rational hat on.
@Alivoo01: Heehee, that's how I get out of bed too. I congratulate myself every time for how graceful I am.
@JamieLee: Now that is an awesome friend! I would love it if someone came over with a garbage bag full of washed (!) clothes.
@Mrs Hedgehog: Now that is a cute baby. And normally, those 3D pics freak me out.
@Skipper2010: You are 36 weeks next week? Eeekk!! And yeeeaaahhh, I fell off the excercise bandwagon at 7 weeks. I'm going to hurt when I start working out again.
So I don't have many bladder issues right now, but the baby is lodged in my ribs and it's quite hard to breathe. Is that the choice? Bladder or lungs? Or do you ladies have the baby-in-the-ribs too?

Oh, I can't go back and respond to you all (there's a million replies, and I can't @ reply to responses from last page). So I'll just respond here, haha.
1. Yes, my belly totally does that pointy-triangle thing when I try to sit up. Its kind of freaky but awesome.
2. I have ridiculous pressure/throbbing pain in my...lady bits. It seriously feels like someone's hanging a ten pound weight from my pubic hair. LOL sorry for the graphic image.
3. I have three and a half weeks left of work. SO EXCITING!
4. Way too many clothes and toys at my showers. However, not many gift receipts, so we have quite a few items still left to buy (breast pump, feeding supplies, pack and play, diapers and wipes, pacifiers, etc).
5. I think baby is still shifting position, but she's moving toward the head-down side of things. I'm feeling hiccups in my pelvis, so I can only imagine that's a good sign. Midwife appt tomorrow, so she'll probably tell me.
6. We hired a doula, which I'm super excited about. Is it really bizarre that I'm actually looking forward to giving birth (do I have a fever??)

@JamieLee: Wine tasting sounds amazing right about now!
@StrawberryBee: When is your next appointment? 35 weeks or 36? I'm not sure when my OB starts internal checks. I'll have to ask her at my appt next week.
@Grace: Ya kind of hard to believe! I'll be 35 weeks this Thursday and then 36 next week. Unbelievable! Where did the time go???
@redsmarties: In a weird way I'm kind of looking forward to giving birth as well. Or maybe I'm just trying to convince myself of that so I won't be terrified! haha

@redsmarties: I have had a similar pain in my lady parts as well...it felt like someone kicked me in the vajayjay and it was bruised or something. The pain was intermittent and is gone for now, but I read something about varicose veins down there...just another lovely pregnancy side effect!

@Grace: I don't think I've had baby in the ribs yet. Honestly, I can't complain about the peeing. I typically only wake up once a night; twice rarely.
@redsmarties: if they bought from bru and got anything off your registry, they can look up what the giver paid and give you store credit.
My boss was telling me that she actually had 'fun' at her labor/deliveries. I told her she was crazy ;). She had highly effective epidurals.
@skipper2010: next appointment at 36 weeks, then weekly after. Except my weeks roll over on Fridays, and my appointments are usually the following Tuesday...and today they scheduled my 37 week appointment on a Thursday. Eventually I'm going to lose a week appointment

@StrawberryBee: Yay for the baby being in position!! I think DS is heads down since I feel him hiccuping in the lower right side of my belly. We get confirmation or the big EH!!! in 2 weeks when I go in for a sonogram.
@Grace: LMAO @ your comment about congratulating yourself on how graceful you are getting out of bed!! For me, no rib pains (yet), but plenty of bladder/pressure down south. He does like to stretch out on the left side of my belly only and that hurts when he's REALLY stretching.
@redsmarties: your comments crack me up! Looks like we have a bunch of funny ladies this morning! That's awesome you only hae 3.5 weeks of work left!! I'm jealous! And there's nothing wrong with looking forward to birth. We are in the 3rd trimester and our LO's will be here in no time!! Crazy to think how fast time has flown by.

@StrawberryBee: no kidding hey? I had my 33 week appt yesterday and they were running an hour and a half behind and then when I finally got in there it was just like "blood pressures good, heartbeats good, measuring a week ahead, any bleeding or swelling? Nope, bye".
@Grace: mine is definitely more on the bladder than the ribs. I'm SUPER short waisted though so I'm dreading the day that its really no longer and either/or thing.
Had my 33 week appt as said above it was super brief. We went over ultrasound results from last week and looks like baby is about 2300grams (so in the 5lb range) and is in the normal growth range for everything except it apparently is in the 92nd percentile for belly circumference. So, baby sit-ups or something after its born? Haha. Placentas well positioned and its head down and ready to go so that's good news!
And it's the exact 1 month countdown to mat leave if everything goes according to plan my last day of work will be July 26.

@StrawberryBee: @Sapphiresun: totally hear you on the quick appointments. I wish I had timed mine today...maybe 3 minutes long. I noticed when my BP and weight were being checked that my OB has three patients scheduled in each 15 minute time slot. Crazy. My baby's HB was 160 today and its been 120-135 every other time. Must be getting excited to make its appearance!

So I had my 30 week (31 by my count) appointment on Tuesday....everything was good. I didn't gain any weight in the last 3 weeks (SCORE!) and baby Kate's heart rate was 132bpm (which is down a little but I think that is normal).
I cant believe how quickly time is flying now!!!!
blogger / honeydew / 7081 posts
34 week appointment for me yesterday! This is when I love a midwife...my appointments are all about 20 minutes long.
My BP is a little high (for me....totally normal for most people), but she's not worried. Baby is head down, with her back along my left side and limbs sticking out into the right side. I'm only up 2 pounds in the last 3 weeks, which is exciting (15 lbs total, I was overweight to start). Her heart rate was 140BPM, and thankfully she had a growth spurt (so I'm measuring right on target!)
Found some awesome nursing tank tops at Walmart last night! Only 12$, instead of the $40 Thyme was asking. We'll have to see how they hold up!
wonderful olive / 19353 posts
@delight: My baby's been doing the opposite. He's always had a higher heart rate, but the last few appointments, it's been much lower (150 vs 130).
@redsmarties: I can't wait to have my sonogram in 2 weeks to see what position DS is in. If I were to guess, I'd say his head is near my lower right since that's where I feel his hiccups at and his appendages are on the left because he loves to push on that side only!
That's awesome your appointments are eventful enough for 20 minute appointments! I'm with the others in that the last few appointsment have been uber quick!

OMG! Normally I'm all caught up with you girls but the last week has been kinda weird!
I totally get the weird pointy triangle belly, which I decided was freaky and avoid anything that makes it happen. Which usually means I end up calling out to DH to help me get up off anything!
I miss wine so much.
I also think it's crazy how close we all are to the end of our pregnancies. I have 39-ish days left. what the what.
AFM: Life has been weird! Our city is still in a state of emergency as we try to clean up the flooding. There has been a LOT of destruction and I've pretty much been watching the news non-stop. The water levels have decreased, but clean up and loss are huge right now.
Also, baby is doing good I think!? The last couple days he's been SO quiet and not very active and it's freaking me out! I swear he's gone through another growth spurt because my belly is feeling massive! My legs and feet are insanely sore if I walk for too long and I grunt and moan about any type of movement! haha.
Also, the last couple nights I swear (as I'm half asleep) that I've been getting REALLY mild cramping. Like the kind you get right before your period that makes you think "yep, AF is going to be here tomorrow". But because it happens in the middle of the night I'm not totally sure if I'm just dreaming it? It also could possibly be constipation cramps? Although I'm not totally sure about that either.
He also like to totally stretch out and I get major rib pains! My belly gets super had and I can no longer tell what's him stretching or Braxton Hicks!
pomelo / 5326 posts
@redsmarties: good find on the nursing tanks. Target had a sale this week so I got two tonight and I love them. 15$ each. I refuse to buy anything else from Thyme! Rip-off!
@.twist.: oh yeah I forgot to comment on the weird belly triangle. It's so bizarre!! I try to get a hand when I'm getting up now too but I make a lot of weird noises when I'm moving into different positions. Everything just seems like such an effort.
I miss wine too
I am jealous of you ladies who have slowed down putting on weight. I am continuing to put on about a pound a week. I think I am up 26 now which I am not happy about. I really wanted to stay under 30. Not the end of the world I know, but I wish it would slow down.
Does anyone else feel bad when their baby has hiccups? Mine seems to be getting them more frequently. Last night baby was hiccuping and squirming so much at the same time, I felt sorry for it. I read its a sign of a healthy baby but poor thing!
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@redsmarties: I'm sort of looking forward to the birth too. I'm really looking forward to having an outside baby.
@.twist.: Been thinking of you! I imagine it's very weird. When we had our massive flood in '97, it was very surreal. Like time stopped while everything was going on. And it didn't happen in out downtown either, so I can imagine how crazy it feels for you!
So, we have one corner of the nursery DONE! I feel so proud. Now, just to get the dresser painted, the sheets from my mom and one picture I'm waiting for from Etsy and I think that's about it. Oh, and have to buy a hamper and diaper pail. And put the last two closet rods in the closet (they have to be cut down). Yeah, so maybe there's a few more things to do!
Urg! The colours in the room won't photograph properly. The light colour is kind of a lime green and the kind of a cloverleaf colour. They are prettier colours than they look.

@Grace: I love your nursery! It looks soo cozy!
@.twist.: feeling for you neighbour
we have lots of friends there and it's crazy seeing the pics on fb. People seem to be handling it well and doing lots to help out which is nice to see.
I'm almost finished painting the nursery, just have one wall left ( ran out of paint
) I'm excited to have it all put together. I'm trying to figure out the best way to organize the closet. It's just a single closet, so I can't decide if I should add a small closet organizer, or just a couple low shelves and put baskets on them. There's lots of ideas on Pinterest, but I just don't know what's best. I think one of ,y friends might have bought me a dresser for my shower this weekend, so that would help with space.
I'm feeling so large, I can't believe how much my belly has grown these last 2-3 weeks. Makes me cringe to think how much more growin is still going to happen. Like everybody else, I'm finding moving around is such a chore. I've discovered the easiest way to get out of bed is to just throw my legs over the edge and kinda fall onto my feet in one motion haha.
I've upped my walks to two a day and started bouncing on my yoga ball.. I want this babe is good position early. I also started drinking raspberry leaf tea this week. I can't believe I'm getting to the point where this girl can come so soon!

@.twist.: So glad to hear you are doing well. I am sure it has been such a weird week. And I agree it is SO crazy that we are all nearing the end of these pregnancies!
@delight: Oh wine! I literally may have DH bring some smuggled into the hospital.
@Grace: OMG your nursery looks amazing!!! Those curtains are awesome - you have done such a great job!!!
@MrsB2012: I have taken the same approach for getting out of bed - just kinda force my body weight to make it happen - its super graceful looking - let me tell you! As for the closet - I am loving having shelves below the hanging stuff - so I would recommend that! I have them lined with sterilite plastic containers from target to keep all the small stuff organized! Hopefully after this weekend I'll have it organized enough to take pictures!
AFM - I had easily the worst night sleep of my pregnancy last night and am currently sipping coffee. I may have to have two cups today...ugh! And I started having that terrible pain in my lady parts last night - I think I remember some of you ladies mentioning feeling like you got kicked down there - holy cow is it painful! AND I found 6 stretch marks this morning, ride on the underside of my belly button. Now I had them on my hips and boobs from being a bit chubby in high school - so its not like these are the first scars on my otherwise scarless body but a blow to my esteem either way!
I have slacked so bad on my to-do list this week - but I did get all of Kate's laundry done last night, so that makes me feel great!!!
grapefruit / 4545 posts
Also ladies...I'd love some input.
My mom and I are starting to plot out my sisters Shower and we are trying to pick a venue. How do you guys feel about showers at restaurants (as opposed to someones house)? My mom really wants a no fuss shower this time around. Any opinions?
So here is the fun, my sisters shower will likely be the day before Kate's baptism. DH and I were discussing last night whether we should 1) just take everyone to our country club after the baptism for a meal or 2) have the gathering at our house and cater it from a local restaurant. If we do the club, it will be like a 2:30pm meal so we are thinking the women will get salads and its unlikely people will drink much. Even still - with 20 guests I am guessing we'll hit $600 easy. If we cater it at the house we can probably keep it comfortably within the $300 range BUT then I have to have a clean house and clean up after! The other option would be to not have a full MEAL and just do some heavy apps at the house with a cake - something just to get people from lunch (which presumably they had before the service) to dinner.
Thoughts?

@.twist.: I’ve been getting constipation cramps lately, but I know it’s constipation cramps because I haven’t gone in a few days (TMI – sorry!), and my belly feels all weird. Ugh!
I also can’t tell sometimes if the hardening of my belly is DS stretching out or BH contractions. My belly does this “flattening out” thing when this happens though. Like my belly will be all round, then BAM! The top of my belly (where my belly button is) will flatten out left and right a bit for a few seconds then resume its round shape again. So weird!
And yikes on your city still being in a state of emergency!! From the pictures, that’s a ton of water so I can only imagine the damage…
@Delight: I’ve been gaining about a pound each week, and that’s what my OB said she wanted to see anyhow since the baby should be gaining about half a pound each week until birth. I totally understand the slight fear when I hop on the scale each morning though!
And yes!! I feel bad for DS when he has the hiccups because when I get the hiccups, it’s so uncomfortable so that’s what I feel like he’s feeling when he gets them. I started a thread yesterday inquiring about fetal hiccups vs newborn hiccups, and it seems if your LO hiccups a lot in utero, s/he will continue to have the hiccups after s/he is born. Some of the bees said their LO had the hiccups until 8 months!!! Cue bug eyed expression.
@Grace: LOVE the color of your nursery!!! Green is one of my favorite colors. Heck, clover green was one of our main wedding color if that tells you anything shoo! Ha! I’m in love with your rug also! Where’d you get it from???
@MrsB2012: I normally sleep close to the edge of the bed any way, but lately, I’m AT the edge because it makes getting out easier. Drop legs over the side and let gravity help pull my body up and off the bed. Lol.
@Mrs D: Sleep has been horrible for me lately also. I just can’t find a good position regardless if I’m sitting or sleeping. I’m still mainly sleeping on my back because it’s the only position where DS won’t kick the holy crap out of me. He kicks the hardest and most often if I lay on my left side, which is the recommended sleeping position. Right side, he’ll kick a bit but get settled pretty fast, but his preference is definitely on my back. This makes me worry so much, but sleep is rare so on my back I go – ugh!
I also felt immense pressure in my lady parts last night that made me stop and think about it. Normally, it’s like ow and I move on, but last night… While I’d love to have him here, I want him to bake the full 40 weeks first!
As for your sister’s shower, I think having it at a restaurant is a good idea! They take care of all the clean up and service with the food so less worries/hassle for you and your mom! For the baptism, with the conclusion time being 2:30, I’d just do heavy hors d'oeuvres and the cake. It’s the cheapest and easiest option. However, you’ll still have the clean up “issue”. Hopefully, family will help pitch in to clean up so maybe it won’t be that big of a deal? I know my parents are AWESOME clean uppers, and I’m so glad they are.

@Grace: love the nursery so far! Would love to see the mobile closer up. It looks so cute!
@Mrs D: I have been to bridal showers at restaurants and they seemed much easier for the hostesses. My second baby shower will actually be at my downstate family's church so it's somewhere in between the amount of work for an at home party and a restaurant party. As for the baptism, I would go for cake and apps at home. Even though it would be a big clean up job, the cost would be the deciding factor for me. But we are broke so if money wasn't a factor, I would choose the club...decisions, decisions!
cherry / 233 posts
@delight: My weight gain was totally insane at my last appointment! I gained 5.2 lbs over the previous two weeks, so I hope it's closer to 1 lb a week when I go back... My OB wasn't concerned (she said she once gained 7 lbs in a week), but I sure was. Please let it just be a growth spurt!
@Mrs D: I can't decide about your sister's shower venue. My inclination is to say do it at home with all the decorations and stuff if it's her first baby, and otherwise take the no-fuss option, but really I think it should depend more on what you think your sister would like or care about. For the baptism, I would do the appetizer and cake reception at your house (no full meal).
My belly does the triangle thing too. I figured it was normal but agree that it's creepy looking! I get out of bed by swinging my feet out first and then pushing myself up with my arms.
I'm getting some kicks to the ribs these days so I hope that means baby is head-down. Last weekend I had a day of baby making me really uncomfortable, and feeling like I needed to pee but then I didn't really, so maybe baby was turning then? I still really can't tell what position he/she is in.
As we're getting close to the end here, what are some things that you're going to miss about being pregnant? I'll miss how safe and easy to take care of the baby is right now, and also my clear skin.
I wish my skin was always this good!

@delight: haha but everything IS such an effort! Sometimes I feel like maybe I'm over-doing the grunts and groans but I just can't help but feel like I move like a beached whale these days! lol Drama Llama Alert!
Grace: Time definitely feels slower these days! I took the bus home last night (trains still aren't really running properly) and drove down one of the roads that was hit the hardest. People have, at least, 6 ft stacks of furniture, drywall, furnaces, fridges, you name it piled up in front of their houses all damaged. So sad.
Your nursery is AMAZING. Honestly, I even like the colour in the pic so if that's not doing it justice, I bet it's even prettier!
@MrsB2012: Honestly, I am soooo proud of our city! There has been minimal looting/profiteering and for every bad deed there seems to be 100 good ones. A few of the shelters had to ask people to STOP donating because they couldn't go through the donations fast enough. Truly heart warming.
I'm going to try to find a small closet organizer for his room because I think it will help a lot. We don't have a lot of storage so I need to make the best of small spaces! I also can't believe you're already drinking that tea!! I can't believe it's THAT close already!
@Mrs D: Sleep is so terrible these days for me too. I can't find a position for my head that is comfortable and always wake up with a sore neck.
Also, I can't comment on the shower @ a restaurant cuz I've never been to one, but as for the baptism food stitch, I would totally do heavy apps! They're easy and delicious and not as much clean up!
@Alivoo01: and see, I can't figure out of it's constipation or not because I *have* gone, but I'm definitely not NEARLY as regular as I was, even a couple weeks back. So I'm not really sure! haha. I'll mention it to my OB next week. Also, my belly TOTALLY does the flattening out thing! Seriously it freaks me out and makes me wonder if he's trying to flip? I get concerned that he's switching from head down to head up!
@chanzi: Oh my, I totally had the same thing happen at my last appointment! Gained 5lbs in 2 weeks! Cue freak out! LOL. I blame it on all the ice cream I've been eating.
I will miss his kicks. They can be painful sometimes but I reaaaally enjoy them a lot. They're very comforting.
AFM: Since I had Friday - Wednesday off of work I ended up painting the baby's room! yay! Here's a pic when I was half way through, it looks REALLY blue, but I think that's because of the tarp, because it's more of a grey colour. I have no better pictures (which I should taken now!) but I still wanted to share some of our progress!

MrsB2012, we got the closetmaid organizer which worked out well. http://m.canadiantire.ca/mt/www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/3/HouseHome/StorageOrganization/ClosetOrganization/PRDOVR~0682923P/ClosetMaid+12%2B+Closet+Organizer+Kit.jsp?locale=en&un_jtt_v_image=1. There were no rods in the closet to start, so I was good with something permanent. If you want something highly configurable, how about something like this? https://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=8&ved=0CEQQtwIwBw&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DBdidaR8ZdTo&ei=z7HNUa-xC9av4AOe-IDoCg&usg=AFQjCNGD90haKeijfCKEHheieJC4mP5p_A
MrsD, I think a shower at a restaurant sounds great. You can book a private room and it's just as cosy as at home. And I also agree with appies and cake. At 2PM, people won't be looking for a full meal.

@redsmarties: I am also really looking forward to labor (weird!). I feel kind of empowered, somehow. We went to a birth class and I just felt like it was going to be alright. @Grace: thanks for the closet suggestions! I'll have to go have a look, I forgot Canadian tire would have a pretty good selection. Home Depot has the Martha Stewart stuff, they had some organizers that ill have to look more into.
@.twist.: I haven't been able to wear my wedding rings for about 3 weeks now
I was heartbroken when I had to take them off. My hands and feet just swell soo much, especially when I'm walking. I could probably still wear my rings for part of the day but then it's so hard to get them off and I'm afraid I'd misplace them.
I also feel very " day before my period like." It's not constipation cramps for me, I go lots, way more than usual
I've had it for about a week maybe.
I haven't gained any weight in a month ( at the first appt I gained 1 pound and then two weeks later I lost a pound ) but I'm up 20 pounds from the start, it seems to come in waves for me. I don't gain much the ill gain a bunch in a month, the it slows down.

@JamieLee: I keep waiting for the money tree in the back yard to sprout!!!
@Alivoo01: @JamieLee: @chanzi: @.twist.: I think my mom and I have decided to compromise on the venue for the shower and are looking into renting the space my wedding planner has (super cute venue with great potential) and then we'll be bringing in everything (decor, food, etc) so we can totally customize it. It will also mean no clean up - awesome! For the baptism - I think you all are right, do it at home heavy apps and cake! With Costco I can easily do a large cheese board, fruit/veggies and some hot apps without breaking much of a sweat and keep it cheapie! Good call!
@.twist.: OH the swelling...mine is mostly on my right foot - I am convinced it is trying to intimidate my left foot by swelling to elephant size! UGH!

OMG. Dr. Google is insane. Don't use it. I just searched mild cramping at 34 weeks and the results were freaky. Like "get ready to have your baby! Make sure your bags are packed!"
aaaaaaaah.

@.twist.: I also have some swelling but mine gets worse overnight, which seems weird... Like right now I can get my wedding ring off, but at night I definitely can't, and my feet are super uncomfortable every time I have to get up and hobble to the bathroom to pee.

@chanzi: I'll definitely miss the baby kicks. I love feeling him move, even if it hurts like crazy sometimes. I just love being pregnant!!!
@.twist.: My feet are starting to swell also so I always prop them up once I get home. At work, I have remind myself to get up and walk every few hours because my back starts to hurt and my body gets stiff. As for my rings, they still fit, but just BARELY.... not looking forward to the day they no longer fit. My heart hurts just thinking about it.

@.twist.: Say what?! No ma'am!! Baby's room isn't even close to being done, never the less packing my hospital bag shoo. LOL!! Or maybe I shouldn't be laughing because I felt pressure down there last night while laying in bed that made me stop and go um...

@.twist.: I also forgot to mention that the paint looks great! I can totally imagine it as more grey than the blue it looks in the picture. As for the weight gain thing, mine *might* be due to eating an entire cake one week... I baked a cake when a friend was visiting from out of town, but DH doesn't really like cake, so the next week I ended up eating the whole cake, one piece at a time. I did cut back on my ice cream consumption during cake week though.
