Awwwww! I'm a November 15 mom and just wanted to pop in and say congratulations to you all!! I was just talking to DH about how crazy it is that we found out we were expecting a year ago (!) and now we have a chubby almost four month old little guy!! Good luck with your pregnancies!!

Yay I've been waiting for this Board!
Location: Ontario
EDD: November 2, 2016 (the day before my birthday!)
How far along: 4 weeks +2
First child? Yes
First doctor appointment: March 21, but I did contact our local midwives today, and if I'm accepted, that will be who I see instead, so the appt would change
Any symptoms so far? Intermittently sore boobs, cramps (some pinching and just dull "there" feelings), sleepless nights (waking up 3-4 times and restless sleep) and a bit of low grade nausea this morning.
Who have you told? My best friend and another friend that is pregnant, my DH told his best friend

I guess I'll bite...
Location: Ontario
EDD: November 4

First child? No, I have a 2.5 year old DD
First doctor appointment? Haven't made one yet. I just started seeing an RE for recurrent losses. I will be seeing him for the first part of the pregnancy.
Symptoms? I don't have morning sickness yet like I have had with my other pregnancies. Hope that's not a bad sign! Just a little tired so far and having trouble staying asleep.
Who have you told? Just DH. We will wait to tell people until after our panorama blood test. Last year I announced on Facebook at 15 weeks and then we lost our baby at 22 weeks. It was horrible having to explain to people. So for now, we are just keeping it to ourselves.
I went for betas today. My RE will call me with the next plan of action once the results are back. I was hoping for repeat betas but I think he is just confirmin the pregnancy first.
Good luck November mamas! I'm excited to see more ladies join!

@delight: good. All babies deserve to be celebrated When do they do Panorama?
pomelo / 5326 posts
@LovelyPlum: you're absolutely right! Today I'm pregnant, I should just enjoy!! I can do Panorama any time after 9 weeks. I will have a scan before then though.

@delight: easier said than done, but YAY! I'm glad you don't have to wait long for it. Grow, little one, grow
I won't be joining you on this board, sadly (stupid back surgery), but I will be stalking for allllllll the good news!

@LovelyPlum: not looking good for me. Woke
up to bleeding. I know there's nothing I can do at this point, it is so early.
pomelo / 5326 posts
@LovelyPlum: ah thanks. Got my first beta at 17dpo and its 390. Higher than my last pregnancy that ended in mc. I know it's impossible to know anything without a repeat draw. Wish this all wasnt so hard.
eggplant / 11408 posts
@delight: that's a good number! What did they say about the bleeding?
pomelo / 5326 posts
@LovelyPlum: My blood test was emailed to me. They'll call me later and I'll tell them about the bleeding. I'm sure they'll want another draw tomorrow.

@delight: Sending lots of sticky vibes to you! I can't imagine the pain of that loss. I hear you on having trouble staying asleep!

@narwhal: thanks! I do have a bad history but I also have a beautiful daughter so I do feel blessed. I have called my RE and waiting for them to call me back! Still having a bit of spotting but nothing I haven't seen before! Hope you're feeling well!
Any other November mamas out there?
pomelo / 5326 posts
@MrsRcCar: thank you! Such a scary time. I am just trying to keep the faith. I have a second blood draw tomorrow so I will know by Saturday morning if everything is increasing the way it should. I appreciate the support.

I was going to wait on blood work, but I can't get my first draw until Monday, and I'm impatient, so here it goes
Location: Texas
EDD: November 13/16 depending on lmp or ovulation
How far along: 3w3d
First child? No, third. DS was born 1/2014 and sadly passed away at five and a half weeks old. DD just turned one.
First doctor appointment: I don't know yet. Blood work on Monday, and they'll make an appointment after that. In the past my doctor saw me at 8 weeks for my son and 5 weeks for my daughter, but my friend who goes to the same doc was told by the nurse that she can't get an appointment until 12 weeks (she just graduated from the RE and is pregnant after ivf). I'm hoping they will fit me in sooner rather than later.
Any symptoms so far? Nope, although I don't tend to get a lot of symptoms ever, aside from being exhausted.
Who have you told? My husband (obviously), my mom, my ivf friend, two of our best couple friends (we had dinner plans and I wasn't drinking, dead giveaway) and my dd's birth month group. So a fair amount of people haha.

@LAZB: Congratulations! I hope your blood draw goes well! My first appointment isn't until the 16th, and I'm going crazy waiting! And running out of cheap tests!
pomegranate / 3904 posts
@narwhal: thank you! I'm feeling less anxious this time around, although I'm sure I'll be singing a different tune by Sunday. I got a squinter on a wondfo this morning (blaring frer though), so I'll probably start obsessively testing with those now haha
pomelo / 5326 posts
@LAZB: oh great you joined!! Congrats! I'm so sorry for the loss of your son. Best wishes to you.
pomelo / 5326 posts
Got my second beta taken today and waiting for results which I'll get in the morning. In the meantime, this wondfo makes me feel better.

@delight: thank you, i'm sorry for your loss as well and that is an awesome and that is an awesome line!
pomelo / 5326 posts
@LAZB: I admit I went back and reread your first posts to refresh my memory of your loss. I had a good cry. Losing my DD at 22w is the worst thing I have experienced and hope I ever will. I can't begin to imagine what you have been through. I am so happy that since Q, you have had a beautiful DD. I pray that this pregnancy is uneventful for you and that you are holding another babe in your arms in time for Christmas.
@narwhal: how are you doing? Are you still having sleepless nights? I seem to fall asleep ok but get up super early and cant fall back to sleep. Not too much nausea here, but I'm often quite hungry! Hope you're feeling ok!

Just popping in to say hello and congratulations to all the November 2016 mamas from a November 2015 mama!! In fact, it was TODAY last year that I POAS.
ETA for fun, here is my 15 week DS:

@wrkbrk: thanks and congrats to you! What a cutie. Happy one year POASaversary!

@delight: I'm doing well thanks! I kind of freaked myself out this morning, because I haven't been feeling really bad at all the last few days.... but I think it was a new dose of hormones making me extra emotional. I've been sleeping better, and I actually think that might be why I'm feeling better. My main thing is crampy, and always hungry. More intermittently, I get heartburn and sore boobs. I've been laying off the testing, but took another one this morning just to make sure it was still super dark (wondfo) and it was. I have one digital test left, and I'm going to use it tomorrow. Hoping since I'll be 5+5 days I'll get a 3+. Hope you're starting to feel better and more confident in your pregnancy!!
blogger / apricot / 389 posts
@wrkbrk: So sweet!! How has it been having a newborn in the winter? (Assuming you're somewhere with winter that is!)

@delight: I'm so glad you're still here!! Yay!! You, too, @lazb: and @narwahl: !
pomelo / 5326 posts
@LovelyPlum: thanks!!! One day at a time right?! You're such a great cheerleader for us!
@narwhal: I did a digital today and it still said 2-3. Boo. I know I shouldn't have done one cause they just make me worry. I'll take one next at 5+5 too. I hope you get your 3+ tomorrow. I am convinced they are just a money grabbing scam but it still is nice to see that 3+. I am crampy too. I always feel some sort of dull ache or pelvic heaviness. Hopefully it just means or babes are settling in. This is my 5th pregnancy and they are all different. Except I usually have nausea. I'm sure it's coming. Are you getting your bloods taken? Is your appointment later in March a scan?
@LazB- I started our Edd list. Let me know if you want me to change to 11/16 for you.
blogger / apricot / 389 posts
@delight: I haven't gotten anything done yet! My first appointment is with my midwife on March 16 (7 weeks) and I'm not sure what is typical at those appointments... I don't think the scan will be until sometime in April (that's my guess anyway).

@narwhal: yeah you might not have a scan until your IPS which is the 12 week ultrasound and blood test. That's between 11-13 weeks.
pomegranate / 3904 posts
@delight: thanks it was/is so hard losing Q, but we are so blessed to have L and hopefully J3 and thanks for doing the list, I can't believe there are only 3 of us!
@narwhal: my doc usually does a scan around 7 or 8 weeks, but a lot of people don't get them until 12 weeks
@LovelyPlum: thanks
