Excited to be here! Got a BFP on DPO 11 and I had a DPO 13 beta of 211 and a DPO 15 beta of 428....fingers crossed super tight this baby sticks!! Had a MC in Nov 14 (cycle 7) and this was our 10th month trying!
Location: midwest
EDD: 11/10/2015
How far along: 4wks 4days
First child? Yes!
First doctor appointment: have another beta 3/23 and from there we will set up a possible early ultrasound. Original ultrasound and nurse visit is set for April 7th. I can't wait to hear the heartbeat!
Any symptoms so far? Oh man yes...nausea/vomiting, sore and huge boobs, major heartburn all the time, thirsty and peeing all the time and so tired! Guess that's from those strong betas-whew! And awful diarrhea for a couple days now-ugh! Trying to hard to stay hydrated and feed this baby-all it wants is carbs and cheese!
Who have you told? DH's dad and stepmom, my best friend and my boss...the last one was an accident. Apparently our office fax machine holds onto scans for a while and doesn't print a rejection for 1+hrs...and I goofed up trying to fax our daycare app. Oh well, she's cool and I knew her long before she was my boss. She was thrilled! Planning to tell close friends and the rest of the immediate fam after the heartbeat ultrasound, and then do a wider announcement after 12wks-maybe on our 2nd anniversary!

Hi ladies! Jumping in here...I've been mostly lurking since before my son was born in July 2013. I missed out on the due date boards then, so I'm looking forward to participating more actively now
Location: the Bay Area
EDD: Nov 18th give or take a day?
How far along: 3 weeks and a few days
First child? Nope! My son was born July 2013.
First doctor appointment: Haven't called yet...
Any symptoms so far? Soo tired...my son decided that 4 am was a good time to wake up for the day today. Combined with early pregnancy exhaustion, it's a killer! Besides that, some random cramps and boob pain here and there.
Who have you told? Umm...you guys, haha I ordered a big brother book for my DS to give my DH as an early birthday present/pregnancy announcement. Just waiting for it to get here!
Congratulations to all you ladies, looking forward to getting to know everyone better!

Congrats, November moms! Best wishes to all of you.
Location: DC area
EDD: 11/2/2015
How far along: 6 weeks
First child? DS is 2
First doctor appointment: March 19
Any symptoms so far? I've had a surprising amount of nausea and vomiting that I attribute to an increase in headaches. Didn't have this with DS but am hoping it's a good sign.
Who have you told? We had my ILs in town this weekend so we decided to tell them since we don't see them in person very often. We also told my parents - all with the caveat that it's very early and we don't see the doctor until the 19th. Seeing their reaction in person was wonderful!

@Finfan: welcome and congrats!!
How's everyone feeling? Any symptoms to report? I'm just tired and I still have a little boob soreness, but that seems to be getting better. Also, I can't stop testing. I know I shouldn't, but I can't help it!! I love seeing the lines get darker haha. Anyone else a POAS addict?

@Calicatlady: @EleanorRigby: @sicem07: @wrkbrk: @karen: @peaches1038: @MoreCoffee: @Finfan: @Travelinmoon: Congratulations beautiful mommas! I hope to be joining you soon. I have gotten BFP on HPT, but after 2 years of infertility and just going through an IVF cycle, I kind of want to wait for beta confirmation (Friday) to officially join! I hope I'll be here soon!!

@Travelinmoon: Welcome!! You're one week ahead of me we are telling our parents this weekend!! So excited! How did you tell them?
nectarine / 2047 posts
@sarahnicole218: So exciting!!! Good luck with your betas and hope to see you soon!

@peaches1038: I've been feeling pretty terrible for almost two weeks now. Crampy/tired/tearful at times/huge+sore boobs and nauseous all the time, puking occasionally. Oh man this could be a long first trimester!
I have a beta check on 4/23 and an ultrasound planned for the same day-hope there is a heartbeat...that's making me so nervous waiting! @sarahnicole218: fx for you!!
It's so hard not telling people. My best friend and DH's dad and stepmom are the only ones that know-just so we have some support if we have another loss. Trying to stay positive and remind myself that two losses in a row, while possible, is very unlikely!
persimmon / 1436 posts
@EleanorRigby: I am right there with you on fearing two losses in a row. Had a chemical last cycle with tons of symptoms and nothing so far. I have a nurse intake appointment on Monday so we will see what happens with my bloodwork then. Slightly terrified.
pomelo / 5084 posts
@sarahnicole218: FX for your blood work! My grandma always used to tell me that Fridays were good luck days (even more so if it rains!)!
pomelo / 5084 posts
@peaches1038: Haha I tried to be like you but my DH stopped the POAS madness (Not before I took 3 tests though!). I had my first HcG test on Tuesday and I go back next Tuesday. FX for rising numbers!! Have you gone for blood work yet?
olive / 66 posts
@Finfan: Fx for you!!
My chemical was at 5 weeks and I'm now 5w and 2days. It's so hard not to worry-gang in there!

Does anyone else have crazy acne? I have like FIVE huge cystic zits on my chin that could have their own zipcode. Ick!
persimmon / 1436 posts
@EleanorRigby: my chemical was at 5 weeks too and you and I have the same due date this time around! Hoping for sticky babies for us both.
olive / 66 posts
@Finfan: Fx for us both! Are you getting betas drawn? I had great numbers DPO13 (211) and 15 (428) and get my next drawn 3/23. My beta only got up to 37 on dpo18 with my chemical and I was already bleeding at that point... so taking this as a good sign!

@Peaches1038 my father in law is very sick in the hospital and actually called me to tell me I was pregnant and it was a girl! It is really spooky.. As for my parents we were talking about xmas next year and I said something like " you will have to try to make it out here seeing as it will be your grandchildren first Christmas"! How are you planning to tell your family?
persimmon / 1436 posts
@EleanorRigby: No, I thought about asking the OB's office to do them but they had a pipe break and it flooded the entire office. Long story short--they had to move out of the building for at least four months and it is nearly impossible to get ahold of them right now! I was lucky to get a receptionist on the phone to make my intake appointment.
olive / 66 posts
@Finfan: Oh wow! Do they have a plan to get you what you need? That's awful for them!
nectarine / 2047 posts
@EleanorRigby: your betas look awesome!!
@wrkbrk: I wasn't offered blood word or betas I'm thankful that they consider me low risk but I would love some reassurance! Fx for your numbers!!
@Travelinmoon: wow! That story gave me chills! What a special memory. We live far away from our families so we are telling them via FaceTime. I'm going to tell my mom I want to show her the Easter basket I made for my 4 yo niece. I put some toys in big plastic eggs and then I will open the last one and it'll have a binky in it. We'll see if they get it!! I'm excited!!
@Finfan: Good luck with your blood work on Monday!!
@Calicatlady: no acne here. Just sore boobs still.
persimmon / 1436 posts
@EleanorRigby: I'm not really sure what is going on there at all! That's part of what is making me nervous for Monday! I'm sure I will feel better when I see what the set-up is like but it's such a weird situation!
pomelo / 5084 posts
@peaches1038: That's good! Low risk is GOOD! Sometimes I feel like fertility clinics give you too much information ...
persimmon / 1436 posts
I still haven't had symptoms but I did have a wicked beef taco craving from Taco Bell today for lunch! That's not even one of my two regular orders from TB! So weird right?
